Visit galleries, caves, walk the Cape to Cape, play a round of golf (course just 5 mins drive), walk around serene 8 acres of bush and spot kangaroos, orchids in Spring, whale watching in Winter. Close to great surf beaches, wineries and the hub of Margaret River. Leeuwin, Voyager, Watershed and Xanadu wineries are all within a 10 minute drive.

Guests have use of the whole house, which includes a laundry, with top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a large clothesline just outside the laundry.
All rooms have lockable doors which give outside access.
There are two queensize rooms, one with a large ensuite which includes a bath. The other room has a separate shower and toilet off the laundry.
There is a separate lounge area off the spacious kitchen and a dining table with 6 chairs.
A two car garage with roller door is also available for guests and there is plenty of off street parking.
Interaction with Guests
The owner is readily available if required and contactable by phone.
A key can be left for guests by prior arrangement so guests can check in at their own convenience.
Very close to town and beach (10 mins drive). Golf course close by, as are trail walks, bike paths. A very quiet secluded area.

Other Things to Note
Feel free to wander around the bush block and spot kangaroos and abundant birdlife.
Strictly no smoking inside the house please.
Smoking guests are asked to dispose of butts responsibly as this is a high risk bushfire area.
As the house operates on rainwater tanks, guests are asked to use water conservatively during the summer months.
No pets allowed.
