Located in Village Hacienda! Bask in the warm natural lighting throughout. The kitchen is a delight, offering an eating nook, a breakfast bar, and ample cabinet space. A separate dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen. The primary bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, an en suite bathroom, and an enter-in closet. Several golf courses surround this property, including Hacienda Hills and Stonecrest. Three bedrooms give plenty of room for guests!

No cats. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with pet fee.

The space
This is a house with generous space. Three bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, den, and enclosed lanai. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bath has a tub/shower combo. Dining area for six, plus a breakfast nook that seats four, and three bar stools. Bring the family and enjoy The Villages!

Your home away from home is conveniently located close to two town squares. Only 5 minutes to Spanish Springs, and only 10 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing. Plus, only 6 minutes to HWY 441 where you will find grocery stores, restaurants and a multitude of shopping options. For nearby Golf, it's only 8 minutes to El Diablo and El Santiago executive courses, and 10 minutes from Glenview Country Club Championship Course. At El Santiago Recreation Center, you will find Tennis and Pickleball courts, as well as a pool and other activities. Plus you have Savannah Regional Recreation Center only 5 minutes away.
