The Seaside Chalet was a nice little place for our extended stay in Victoria. It's in a very nice part of town, close to downtown, and Michael made our stay very welcome. Thank you again! :)
We enjoyed our stay in the chalet. We found it comfortable, bright, and quaint. The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to everything. The neighbourhood is older but we were completely at ease. Our hosts Michael and Yuki were hospitable and helpful. They made us feel welcome to knock on their door and chat if we needed anything, but had our complete privacy of we didn't. The chalet was equipped nicely for very light cooking. The private back patio was a nice bonus to an already cute place. We would happily return again.
We really enjoyed this little chalet. It was a great place for our one week stay in Victoria. Unit was clean and bright. It was nice to have a balcony and a little extra space for visitors when our son and his girlfriend came to visit. The owners were friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful yet close to nearby amenities and attractions.
Michael's place is the perfect spot to explore Victoria. It's close to everything you'll want to see. Michael was very communicative and his home was so comfortable. There's plenty of room for 1 or 2 people. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria.
This is a terrific, private and quiet location, very close to the centre of Victoria. It is in a modest residential area, behind and between two houses. The chalet is roomy for two people (I was there by myself) and has an open attic-like room for a third person. It is well-equipped if you want to cook, but there are plenty of restaurants to suit every pocket a short walk away. It is really worthwhile reading (and following) Michael's review of the various things to do and services in the area.
My friends and I had a great stay at the Chalet! It was really close to mostly everything of interest, and was a nice place to relax. We found the chalet a bit cold, even with the heaters on. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Michael and Yuki were super nice and accommodating!
