Guest access
The whole house is available to guests. There is one closet, in the primary bedroom (Tesoro Suite) that is locked and off-limits to guests, the rest of the property is for you to enjoy.

** Family & Friends
This isn’t a party house. If you’re meeting up with local friends or family, let us know in advance. We have great neighbors and want to continue to be respectful.

** Parking
Garage & driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Extra parking must be approved before booking.

** Safety
✅ Three outdoor cameras (front door, driveway/street, and backyard) for your safety, and are required by insurance.
✅ No cameras inside, ever. Your privacy matters to us.

** Pool Heater & Pump
Pre-set and professionally managed at 81–84°F. No guest adjustments needed. In colder months (November- March), outdoor temps may impact the pool heat below the set temperatures.

** Leaves & Critters
It’s Florida living, so sometimes a lizard visits or leaves fall in the pool. Pest control is provided, but keep doors closed and food sealed to keep critters outdoors. Weekly cleaning is included, and a net is available for in-between.

** Host Access
We may enter the property if something arises that impacts guest safety or the home’s well-being.
