Gordy was an excellent host from the very start. He made sure I had no difficulty finding the place, and he was there when I showed up to greet me and show me his place. He continually went to great lengths to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. The house was a fun place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who has trouble with stairs, but my group and I loved it. Right around the house are plenty of convenient stores, bars, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay with a group in Brooklyn. Also, it's easy to get an UBER car in this area.
Gordy was very welcoming and greeted us on arrival.
We had a great time in Gordy's apartment! Very welcoming and clean and perfectly situated to visit Manhattan and Brooklyn. Hopefully, we can go back soon!
This is a really great place to stay particularly if you're coming in a big group! The house is as you see it (clean, spacious, and well suited for big group gatherings) and is close to AMAZING food! We came in a big group for my birthday and truly enjoyed ourselves. Gordy went above and beyond for our group and made sure we had everything we needed and expected. You can definitely count on him to come through on every set expectation.
My friends and I stayed in Gordy's house for two nights in October. It was very clean, welcoming and perfectly suited for our group of 19. Gordy was a very good host, he wanted to make sure everything was up to our expectations... and everything was! He even brought us a very nice breakfast on the morning of our departure.
If you are a large group and want to rent a nice appartment in Brooklyn, I highly recommend this one!
Perfect for us, a group of 14. It was a pleasure, will be returning with 14 and more, thats for sure ! Gordy is a awesome to work with.
Such an awesome stay! Gordy is seriously the best--so helpful and communicative.

I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and grew up between Carlisle P.A., and Upstate New York where I went to Graduate School. I worked for over 8 years with some of the largest Pharmaceutical Companies in the world and thanks to Abbott Laboratories & Johnson & Johnson I was able to travel first class and enjoy the comforts of good hospitality and a great night rest. I love to meet new people, be a Dad of three great sons, and be a host to travelers who stay at 208 Quincy Street. This house is a culmination of my life here in New York City where I have lived for the past 18 years. Come see NYC!!! Bring your family, student group, band, church group or come alone and meet folks in Brooklyn or other guest who may be in. Come and enjoy, as you take in the marvels of New York City. Good food, a fast commute and a safe and clean stay.
