This is a large, open one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment in a modern recently renovated elevator building with a video security system in the heart of Greenpoint. It offers comfort and convenience with easy access to everything! THE SUBWAY IS ON YOUR BLOCK! Elevator access means no carrying heavy bags up stairs!
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY APARTMENT. We are friendly with our neighbors which include children and families. Please maintain a reasonable volume and be respectful of other tenants. Please be clean and neat and treat our home as if it were your own. Thank you : )
YOUR DIGS: This is a beautifully designed one bedroom / one bathroom. It is clean, loved, and well maintained. The bedroom has a comfortable top of the line queen bed, closet and dresser space and two large mirrors. The apartment has an open kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks a spacious and comfortable living room with flat screen TV. Plenty of light. Washer and dryer in the apartment. We have WIFI and Cable.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: We are in the heart of Greenpoint!! This is easily one of the most charming neighborhoods in Brooklyn and a very practical location especially for anyone traveling to Manhattan, Queens or Williamsburg. We are one block from brand new Transmitter park (which is right on the water with great views of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge) and 10 minute walk to McCarren Park in Williamsburg. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants on every corner and the area has a young and eclectic vibe but slightly more sophisticated than Williamsburg with wonderful antique shops and clothing stores and less chaos. One or two blocks to grocery stores, pharmacies, and health food stores. We are happy to recommend our favorite spots and answer any questions.
TRANSPORTATION. The Greenpoint Ave subway stop on the G line is ON OUR BLOCK (three stops / 20 minutes to central Manhattan)!! The Bedford Ave L train stop (one stop to Manhattan) is a 10 minute walk. We are three blocks from the India Street stop for the East River Ferry which provides transportation between Long Island City, Brooklyn, midtown Manhattan and Wall Street. Bus service is also available right outside the door. We are 15 minutes from Laguardia Airport by cab and 35 from JFK International Airport. While a car is certainly not necessary, street parking is easy.
LEGAL: This listing is for a private furnished living unit with kitchen and bathroom limited to a single-family occupancy. During the stay, guest has exclusive privilege with respect to the unit. No customary hotel services are provided such as maid service, room service, mail service, food service, entertainment, or planned activities.
We are always available next door if you need anything at all and would love to grab a coffee and give you some advice on places to try in the area. We make it a point to be helpful but not intrusive. We look forward to meeting you!
Guests have access to two dressers and a large closet with drawers and spaces for folded and hanging clothes. Guests have access to the entire apartment except for one hallway closet and one bathroom cabinet. Guests will have access to their own bathroom cabinet.
We generally interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. We like to meet our guests and make ourselves available for any questions or a night out. However we are happy to give you your privacy if that is more your style. It's your vacation :)
Greenpoint is full of character. There are ample coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby yet it's still laid back and quiet enough to feel a step away from the hustle and bustle. Williamsburg is steps away and jumping with energy. And Manhattan is a quick subway ride. The food is amazing here.
The subway is on your block. There are bus stops all over nearby. The ferry is a few blocks away.

This was our first Airbnb experience which was great. All the thanks to our great hosts Nicole and Ryan. They were very helpful in everything. The apartment was just what our little family needed. The location was good. Thank you!
Nicole & Ryan's apartment was exactly as described, and it was such an extremely clean, homey, comfortable place to stay. It was in a secure, well-kept building and we loved the personal touches they provided, from candles to super helpful tips on local food / transportation.
It was a great first experience staying in Brooklyn, and we followed their brunch reco to have the best brunch I think I've ever had! I would be very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, for making our trip so easy and comfy!
Nicole and Ryan were great host. I was in a bit of a jam in regards to finding a last minute stay. They were quick to respond which saved me big time.
They were kind thoughtful and communicated with me through out my stay. The apt is exactly as pictured and really clean. The neighborhood had some great restaurants in walking distance and even some of the restaurants in Williamsburg delivered. Having the train right there was a big bonus.
I highly recommend a stay with Nicole and Ryan. You will not be disappointed.
Clean, spacious and very accommodating. Nicole was the perfect host. Highly recommended and will stay there again.
We had a great stay! INCREDIBLY comfortable bed, lots of nice details like the bathroom amenities and bottled water. Plus, what a super location in the heart of Greenpoint, steps to the subway and in the other direction to the one and only Paulie Gee's! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Big thanks to Nicole and Ryan for being excellent hosts.
Nicole & Ryan were such great hosts. Their Brooklyn apartment was absolutely gorgeous in such a good & safe location and looks even better in real life then in the pictures! So many epic bars/shops/restaurants around & a 2 minute walk to the subway. They were such a cool couple, came to the apartment to help out with anything we needed and went out with them & their friends on New Years Eve and had such a good night. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this great apartment & definitely hope one day to go back and stay there!!
Thanks for everything Nicole & Ryan, you made our stay in Brooklyn an unforgettable one!!
The Aussies xx
We are so happy that our first airbnb experience was in Nicole's wonderful apartment. Brilliant location near the subway, and a beautiful apartment perfect for travellers. We really felt we were going 'home' to the apartment - very different to a stay in a hotel or similar! Thank you so much - outdid our expectations in every way.
We had an incredible time at Nicole's place. The place was beautiful, clean, and included everything you'd want. Nicole was incredibly friendly and easy going and made our stay really special. Looking forward to returning in a few months!
This place has everything going for it. Good neighborhood, attractive building, great apartment. Nicole and Ryan were most
helpful and prompt. They provided great info on local places and how to manage the apartment and find nearby services. This was our first Airbnb, we are sold on this spot and the entire experience. Greenpoint is an interesting community with good restaurants, shops, bakeries and parks. Be sure to go to Transmitter Park for the view and stop at Ovenly for the coffee and savory scones. We hope to be back soon. Thanks, Nicole.
This was my first time using Airbnb and Nicole and Ryan made it a super smooth experience. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. The place itself was perfect and true to the photos! Very clean, all updated and most importantly as a woman traveling alone, it felt very safe! Each night when I returned to the apartment, I felt like I was at home. I wanted something close to the workshop I was attending and this was only two blocks away. I could walk to everything so there was no need to rack up cab fees. Great eating places all around too (I suggest Paulie Gee's). This would be my first choice as a place to stay if I need to return to Brooklyn!
