Francesco was a wonderful host during my 2.5 week stay. The loft is an incredible space with beautiful lighting coming from a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. Francesco keeps his home clean with no clutter. The bedroom is very private with a cool treehouse-esque design. There is plenty of storage for personal belongings and there is laundry in the building. The location is fantastic! Across the street is a Brooklyn Fare supermarket and around the corner is a Duane Reade. 9th ave is lined with great restaurants and bars. Note if you are a light sleeper that some mornings can be loud from trucks on the Lincoln Tunnel. Turning on the fan should do the trick! So grateful to have had such a pleasant stay and made a new friend in my first couple weeks of moving to New York.

Francesco, is the kindest host I've ever had by Airbnb! He was always ready to help with all and share his space and belongings! He is amazing person and host. The flat is located very centrally and was very nice. I'm recommending it!

I'd like to give a big shout out of thanks to Francesco, who graciously offered his place to help during the Hurricane Sandy aftermath. Although the "Detroit Dog Rescue" organization never had the opportunity to stay at his place, he offered the staff a place to stay during their time in NY. Many thanks for your generous offer during a time when it was very difficult to find lodging for volunteers.
