Enjoy this quiet and central apartment. With two private suites with double bed and bathroom each. Modern newly built apartment (2022). Next to the Casa Natal de Picasso Museum, Plaza de la Merced and Teatro Cervantes. 5 minutes from the historic center of Malaga so you can enjoy its museums, bars and restaurants. 14 minutes from the Malagueta beach. Ideal for two couples, family or for teleworking.

The space
The apartment is totally new. Built in 2022 in a modern design building. There is an elevator to the floor. It consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower inside the bedroom (Suite). One of them has a TV in the bedroom. The suites are at different ends of the apartment, separated by a staircase and the living room-kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with its bathroom and access to a terrace. Going down the stairs we find the living room and the complete kitchen, with an office. The living room has a 58-inch smart TV. The whole house has wifi, and the possibility of connecting via ethernet (Optical Fiber. 600 Mb of upload and download. The kitchen has: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender and everything necessary to cook any dish.
In addition it has a free washing machine, dishwasher and iron.
