Come stay in a simple, relaxed home in a safe, friendly townhouse neighborhood in Aiken—you’ll see kids playing outside and neighbors walking their dogs, which gives it that relaxed, everyday feel.

The home has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable full-size bed.

You’ll have 2 bathrooms (one for each bedroom), both stocked with fresh towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook simple meals at home. Laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. Outside, there’s a small patio area where you can sit and unwind.

It’s a simple, comfortable space that feels like staying at a friend’s place—easy, safe, and welcoming.

Linens, towels, toiletries and a starter supply of cleaning supplies, paper products, and coffee are provided. Up to 2 dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats). The backyard is not fenced.
