The space
Our farmhouse is an ancient Cap Mas, documented with parchments since 1243. It is located on the eastern slope of the Sierra del Toix, in the village of Oix; within the Alta Garrotxa Natural Interest Area. It has a privileged location, in an incomparable environment, with panoramic views of the Pyrenees and the Pre-Pyrenees. It is located in the middle of nature, which makes us enjoy silence and tranquility, as well as a thousand and one special corners where you can disconnect and not meet anyone but yourself.

Its rehabilitation has respected all the buildings and spaces that had been built over the centuries, seeking to highlight and preserve their original characteristics.

All the furnishings in the house are antiques from the 16th to the 19th centuries, restored by professionals. From polychrome Olot beds, Gothic and Baroque boxes, cabinets and Catalan walnut tables, cornucopias, among others. Taking care of all the details, and at the same time looking for maximum comfort and quality.

The 331 hectare farm is a certified sustainable and ecological forest, with a herd of sheep and goats, with other farm animals.

It is located within the Alta Garrotxa Natural Interest Area (PEIN), within the Natura 2000 Network area, as a place of Community importance (SCI) and as a special protection area for birds (SPA), in particular it is part of the Alta Garrotxa-Massis de les Salines space (codi ES(phone number hidden)). It also has two protected mature forest areas with a contract of custody of the territory, which can be visited.
