The apartment was very confortable for us (five people). It has a cute elevator and the building entrance is right in front of a subway station entrance (line A). Very nearby food stores do close late. Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseo, San Clement, Foro Romano and Palatino are 15 minutes away (walking), which is cool for the first days of visits.
Fantastic location, Valentina was there waiting for us, she was very friendly and told us where the supermarket and restaurants were. The apartment had enough room for our family of 5, was clean and warm. It had a great view over the garden and city, and not far to walk to the main station or Colosseum, fantastic!
Apartamento precioso, muy cómodo y acogedor. A 10 min andando del coliseo. Valentina es muy simpática y amable. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Gracias valentina!!
We had a wonderful stay at Valentine's apartment in Rome. The apartment was as described. Even before we landed, I exchanged messages with her and she responded promptly and helpfully. She even organised a taxi for us to bring us from the airport to the apartment. She was waiting at the apartment despite our flight getting delayed.
When the wi-fi worked intermittently, we told her about it and she promptly replaced it. Very impressive.
She was patient with all the questions we had.
The only minor surprise was that the next family arrived at 11 am sharp and we were rushed to leave. Normally you would expect the next guests to come in after 3 pm. Even so, Valentina helped us by organizing our return cab.
It was a really really lovely apartment and it looked bigger than it was in the picture and it could accommodate the four of us very comfortably. It was also a very bright apartment (Has a lot of lights). Valentina was responsive and helped us when we had questions. Instructions were also clear and precise. The location for this apartment was also perfect, a 10 min walk to Rome Termini and another 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. We didn't have to take public transport around the attractions apart from going to the Vatican in which there is a bus that goes directly from Rome Termini. There is also a Metro Station that is directly in front of the apartment. Food wise, if one is hungry at night, there are minimarts and food stalls around the block that doesn't close till past midnight. I would definitely stay here again :)
This was my second stay, so clearly I like the place.
Valentina was again very welcoming and in fact upgraded me to the larger apartment next door. Unfortunately some noisy people moved into the hotel room next door, but Valentina and her husband quickly arrived and arranged for me to move back. They also gave me some advice on local restaurants.
The "sweet loft" is itself large and well-equipped, wi-fi worked well. There is a splendid view of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the largest square in Rome. A metro station is outside the door, and it's not far from the main station. There's a large supermarket nearby.
Valentina y el alojamiento estupendos.

Lavoro come architetto e artista per me e per chi è sensibile alla mia comunicazione , le mie professionalità si sono nel tempo allargate all'ambito della ricezione turistica , ricezione che ho curato e indirizzato più all'aspetto comunicativo - creativo, meno a quello speculativo;
