The serenity here is awesome . The service is as good as hotel, maybe even better ! Perfect services from the Lovely and attentive front desk ladies; the swimming pool is framed by tropical gardens, where you can having your leisure breakfast time every morning. Wonderful. The ONLY bad:- Two of us wearing shorts got bed bugs bite, and the pillow cover has some stains which bother us a little bit. The room is really clean and well-equipped, but bed's cleanliness is most important after all. Hope that this issue can be solve to make this lovely home stay a perfect 10 :) Gentle reminder: Location is good, food, cafe and exclusive clothing store are in walking distance. but to town there's a distance, check on the traffic and estimate your timing earlier. It might cost double travel time to malioboro downtown when traffic is heavy.

it was a lovely palce with a specious room. Receptionists speak good English, communicating with them was really easy. I used their motor bikes as well, it worked well and good price to rent. Breakfast was big, I enjoyed their banana pacakes. Will definitely reccomend this place.

The photos do not do the place justice. A quaint accommodation tucked at the end of the street, the place is much more beautiful in real life as compared to the photos in the listing. The staff made us feel at home, speaking perfect English and was very helpful, be it our numerous enquiries and requests, to booking a cab to the airport in the wee hours on our last day. The little area beside the pool was an excellent place for us to have our breakfast (which was a delicious one), and to chill at night too with the fairy lights overhead. We were even given a well-packed box full of snacks and drinks when we couldn't have breakfast on 2 of the mornings as we had to head out early to catch the sunrise. In addition, there isn't a lack of amenities around the area, from food to a money changer to bus stops.

Worth every penny. It's like a resort, at a fraction of the price. Breakfast was quite good, and they provide snack boxes in replacement of breakfast if you leave for your activities very early. However, toilet noise was an issue, and proper blankets shd be provided instead of using the thin bedsheets

This place is much more better than the photo they provided. Place is cozy. Clean bed, but the air conditioning sometime will go weak but is ok to ask for help. One thing that i need to compliment is while we going out at 4am tour and did not take the breakfast set, they do provide us some snack to replace our breakfast. That is so sweet.

Tiga Lima Homestay is a very nice place to stay. While some might says it's a bit far from Malioboro, but I think it's perfect because not all the tourist attractions (or my must-see-list) are near the city centre of Jogjakarta. I booked Family room for 4 persons but turned out 2 can't make it so I stayed only with my brother and we each get double bed :). Our room has a Tv, fridge, pool access, a private dining space outside of the room, decent size bathtub, air-con and also they provide towels and shower gel. Hot shower works fine. 5 selection of breakfast set menu (I tried 3 of them, they are all amazing, and comes with good portion :) enough to keep you going in the morning. A bit downside is that there's no blanket and the air-con facing my bed i was sleeping on directly. So it was a bit chilly at night. If only i brought my sarong with me :)
