The Space

THE WARM AND COZY INSIDE:

Our home is the perfect set-up for a couple or the single traveler. We've got one of everything! 1 bedroom w/a full-size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 large kitchen. We're happy to share our pantry with you during your stay, including coffee and tea of course!

We hope that you'll appreciate the period details like our claw foot bathtub and murphy bed closet while enjoying modern amenities like our recently renovated kitchen and 80" HD Home Theatre Projector w/Netflix.

THE ENCHANTING OUTSIDE:

Illuminated by lights in the evening or by sun in the day, we hope that you'll enjoy meals on the deck, grill on our barbecue, and gather around the outdoor fireplace.

Guest Access

As our guest, you'll have access to the whole house and backyard.

Interaction with Guests

Email and phone/text are the best ways to get in touch. Since we travel a lot, it would be a rare occasion when we may have the opportunity to meet for check-in/check-out.

If our home is available during your travel dates (check the calendar to find out), email me a request and we will go from there. Here or elsewhere, I hope your stay in Oakland is awesome.

  • The bungalow was amazing! Cozy, inviting, clean, and quiet. Susan did not overlook any detail. There was a list of nearby attractions and even homemade snacks waiting for me. Check in/out was a breeze and Susan was very easy to reach. Susan mentions in her post there is a dog that lives in the home, but I would have never have even known. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
