Our vacation rental is located in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai, near the Napali Coast, Hanalei Bay, Princeville Golf, and all the north shore beaches! Come to Kauai and experience paradise!
Our Kauai Vacation Rental home has 3 bedrooms/2 baths with a Hawaiian decor (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds). Large open living room, dining room and kitchen allows for guests to enjoy each other while cooking and relaxing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a lanai off the eating area for morning coffee and tropical breezes. The master suite is separate from the other 2 bedrooms complete with a full bath, closets and a lanai with gardens and outdoor shower. The extra loft area in the living room has a sitting area and table for games and puzzles plus a computer printer for your use. All rooms have ceiling fans and large windows.
Located on a quiet cul de sac with a 1.5 acre private park to our back side which allows for privacy and a great place to play and enjoy sunsets! Sea Lodge Beach is just a short hike away where you will find a secluded beach with great snorkeling and turtles galore! Perfect for couples, families or small groups. We have many extras; mountain bikes, WiFi, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home!
We are located on the North Shore near Hanalei Bay and all the North Shore beaches. Within one mile you will find the Princeville shopping center with Foodland groceries, a cafe for morning coffee, shops and restaurants. Makai Golf Course and Prince Golf Course are also within a mile from our home. The area has walking/bike paths throughout.
We have many extra amenities to make your vacation effortless and carefree...Come enjoy the North Shore in style!
Guests will have; 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with dining room and an extra loft living area. We have bikes, full size washer and dryer, outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear, boogie boards and 2 large lanais for your use!

Princeville is a quiet community located on the North Shore of Kauai. It has 2 world renown golf courses; The Makai Golf Course and The Prince Golf Course. There are walking/bike paths throughout the community for leisurely rides, within walking distance to the Princeville Shpping center, St Regis Princeville Resort and multiple North Shore beaches!
Cars are recommended, there is Public Bus within walking distance

Rental Agreement for Ka Pua Hale

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. NO Early Check-in or late checkout.
This is a NON SMOKING home.
PETS are not permitted under any conditions.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of $200 is required. This must be received with the last payment (14 days) prior to entry. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
•No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, beds are stripped.
•All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•NO early check-in or late checkout.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
PAYMENT – Payments are made in accordance to the quote sent with the reservation request. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments via credit card or personal checks payable to [Liz Kukulka] The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (90) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (60) days prior to check-in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the house, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
WATER – The house is on a public water system, the water is very good for drinking. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200).
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
