The space
Our studio is located on a small enclosed lot with privacy wall, entry gate and green space with tropical plants and fruit trees.

INSIDE you will find all new finishes and furnishings with a lite and airy feel.
Comfy queen bed, work space with fiber internet, vaulted ceiling & AC.

Sliding glass doors open to the covered porch that overlooks the garden. Relax in the hammock or enjoy your coffee while watching the birds.
**Note that the kitchen is also located on the porch. The kitchen offers a 2 burner gas cooktop, microwave, toaster and mini fridge.

Guest have access to the entire studio and enclosed patio/garden.

Other things to note
-The studio is located on a residential street in town. It is generally quiet but because we are in town there is the potential for noise from cars, dogs, etc. Table fan provided for white noise.

-While a car is not required to access our studio, we do recommend guests rent a car if they want to explore the area.
Buses travel between towns along the highways but many attractions are off the main road which requires walking. The closest bus stop to the studio is a 10 min walk. Taxis are also available.
There is parking for a small car inside of the secure patio. Larger vehicles can park in front of the gate.

-Located in a tropical jungle environment there is a possibly for bugs as well as unforeseen issues with amenities such as water outages, internet outages or power outages. While these are infrequent; they are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds.
