This would be ideal for two people possibly three since there is the extra couch that is perfect for the third person. I have used it with several guest and no complaints so far!! =)
This is a particular spot since there are not too many like this in the city feels like its own little secluded place with a nice front porch and patio that is hidden from the street.

Our first time using Airbnb and we were impressed with Brian's accommodations. He was very responsive and the place was clean and cozy. We loved the location (great neighbourhood, easy parking, conveniently close to the L) and we'd definitely stay there again.
The apartment was as advertised and nicely furnished, but I felt it should have been cleaned more thoroughly. There were food particles left in the sink drain basket, dried food on the stovetop, and many of the dishes/utensils pulled out of the drawers/cabinets had food remnants on them like they had not been adequately washed. The bed sheets were fresh and Brian left us clean bath towels on the bed, but both of the hand towels hanging elsewhere were visibly dirty and there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom.
But I loved the neighborhood! It was super quaint and quiet and the brown line stop being so close was very convenient. There were many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance; we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood.
Overall the experience was positive, but the apartment would need to be cleaned better in order for me to stay at Brian's place again.
About the Host, Brian
Im originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been in the states for 10+ years and my brother is a super host; he has had great experiences and met some GREAT people so I had to check this out . :)
I work in not too far form where i live so i know the area very well! I am part of a big sailing team that we race every weekend (in the summer only :( unfortunately) and used to play rugby. Always looking forward to new adventures and exciting destinations, i have traveled a lot but think Airbnb is always a much better option than staying in the best hotel in town. You cant beat the airbnb experience!
