WE PREFER 30 NIGHTS STAY OR MORE.
2 closed bedroom apartment located on a residential street, 10 min walk from Beaubien metro in the Petite Patrie area.
This charming apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests but is IDEAL for 4 to 6 guests. This is the bedding situation:
- 2 queen size beds (each in one closed bedroom),
- 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room
- possibility of having a futon for 2 more guests (guest 7 and 8) if you ask for it.
You will love the very large and sunny kitchen with it's authentic wooden cupboards and retro stove.
Area: Lots of little shops, niece restaurants and cafés on Beaubien street and famous Jean-Talon market not very far (5 min by car, 1,7km). A supermarket is only 2 blocks away.
The apartment is approximately 1000 square feet (100 square meters) and located on the second and top floor of a duplex, so it's very quiet at night, no one is "walking on your head". There are 2 balconies (one front and one at the back) with a small table and 2 chairs.
Free and easy parking in the street.
High speed wi-fi internet, washer and dryer in the apartment, air conditioning and cable flat screen TV are all included.

Our trip to Montreal was a great cultural experience. Alex was a gracious host and he went out of his way to make our family of 4 feel very comfortable while away from home (we are from the US). The apartment was really nice and had a great kitchen to cook in, well stocked. The charm of the apartment as well as location was perfect, close to the Metro, grocery store, and much more. The only downside was visiting during the hottest week of the summer and only having a window air conditioner, which really didn't reach the entire apartment. Alex was kind and gave us a small fan which help push the cool air through the rooms and made it more bearable. I would definitely visit again, but maybe in the Fall.
Thanks for the comments Dan! we are glad you enjoyed your time in Montreal.
Note about the Airconditioning: this is one of the very few apartments that we rent out that are not "ours" but belong to a friend (Alex). All our apartments are equipped with state of the art brand new airconditionners (most of them are working with a thermopump) so it is very cool in those. Next time you want to come in the summer, let me know and we will put you in one of those apartments.
