About This Listing
Located just next to the famous Eberswalderstrasse U-Bahn station, this cosy and clean apartment has everything you'll need for a perfect vacation in Berlin.
NO-SMOKING studio-apartment with a small kitchen and WC.
Located just next to the famous Eberswalderstrasse U-Bahn station, this cosy and clean apartment has everything you'll need for a perfect vacation in Berlin. There's no better place to stay, if you're looking for a real Prenzlauer Berg experience, but also want to be close to the Center and be able to catch a subway or a tram to any place in this vibrant, ever-changing city.
There are plenty coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the aria. You can start your morning in our favorite coffee shop just next door and then walk down the trendy Kastanien Allee towards the Mitte and visit some of the best art galleries and museums that Berlin has to offer. Or you can go deeper into Prenzlauer Berg quiet streets and have a great breakfast in one of the bakeries around Kolwitzplatz. If you'd like to visit Eastern Gallery and Kreuzberg, just hop on the next M10 tram to the Warschauerstrasse (same tram, same direction to the hottest nightclub scene of Berlin in Friedrichshain). You can also catch a subway and be anywhere in the city within 10-20 min.
Every sunday there are two flee markets: the big one in Mauerpark, with a lot of street performances, food and the most versatile selection of people you'll ever see, and the second, real flee market, on Anklamerplatz. Whatever you decide to do, whether it's shopping, eating drinking, site-seeing or art, you'll have all your options just lying around you the minute you step out the building.
The apartment offers you one large room with king size bed, pull-out sofa, wardrobe and small dining table. Separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make a great dinner: fridge, oven, set of frying pans, and other kitchenware. There (email hidden) Internet connection available as well.
On the table you will find the list of our favorites TO DO in Berlin. You can use very convenient and user friendly public transportation, but if the weathers is good, it's highly recommended to rent a bike (there is one place right in the building).
No smoke, no loud music, musical instruments or parties!
My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Dima's place. Everything we needed was there, and the place itself has a lot of charm. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and Dima has been really nice on our arrival. There is a very nice Cafe just next to the building and also a nice place to rent bikes for a better price than in the city Center. We would go back anytime!
Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre et avec commerces et bars à proximité.
Un excellent séjour !
We've had a great time at Dima's place. The location is great, very close to underground trains, close to the centre, very cool local area full of cafes, bars and a bike rental shop. The supermarket is few minutes walk. The centre (museum Island area) is walkable distance if you like walking - 30ish mins.
The place has got an arty Berlin feel, it is clean and cosy. The bed is huge and the wifi is fast. There's loads of toiletries I guess left overs from previous guests, so check the bathroom first before buying shampoo etc.
I'd happily stay here again.
My experience in Berlin was AMAZING!!!
And the welcome started in this apartment: simple, cozy, clean and quiet.
With a great location, we had good restaurants closeby, in the main street we had a rental bike store, a market, the train station,...perfect!
Recommend it to everybody!
Nice warm and clean apartment at a pretty good location. Very relaxed and cosy district: not too touristic/loud, but still very lively. Some great restaurants (Try Les Valseuses for dinner, Anna Blume for breakfast or Kauf dich Glücklich for waffles! All just around the corner) and shops (unfortunately for us a lot of them were closed during Easter weekend). Dima was very friendly and overall the apartment was a very good option price/quality-wise. Nothing negative to say (except maybe that I'm not sure if the fridge was working? Could be just my mistake... We didn't use it a lot anyway, with all the good restaurants!). Thanks for a wonderful Berlin-experience!
Dima's apartment was wonderfully situated and we really enjoyed our days spent there. The apartment fully met our expectations and it certainly lived up to its description. We never actually met Dima, but were instead welcomed by his very nice and helpful friend Vovy.
We would love to stay at Dima's place again some time in the future.
