After a day exploring Downtown’s vibrant dining scene or strolling by the sparkling lake, unwind in your private outdoor nook—a little space with a bistro table, umbrella, and twinkling bistro lights. Sip champagne as the evening sets in, or enjoy a slow morning coffee.

We’re here to ensure your stay feels personal, thoughtful, and as comfortable as coming home.

Guest access
Electronic Door Access Code will be granted just prior to check in. The Carriage House is located on the 2nd floor of the detached garage. There is a separate entrance with stair access to the guest space on the Right side of the garage.

Parking is on the Left Side of the driveway or there is ample free street parking. If you are traveling with a boat or small camper there is street parking for those items as well.

We don't have any specific checkout rules other than to double check for any forgotten items and log out of the TV.

We want your last morning with us to be as stress-free as possible.

* Don’t make the bed, we will take care of that, but do check for miscellaneous things like random socks.

* Sign out of your Netflix & Apple TV accounts.

* Don’t wash the dishes or take the trash out as we have a cleaning crew to take care of the all the recycling and trash.

* Check the bathroom & shower for any personal items you don’t want to leave behind.

* Don’t forget to check the bedside nightstands and outlets for phone chargers, unless you used our provided charger in the nightstand.

Located in the quaint Garden District of downtown Coeur d’Alene.

Nestled in Historic Downtown Coeur d’Alene the Garden District is located just North of Sherman Ave. between 4th and 11th streets bordered by Montana Ave to the North. A collection of approximately 750 largely Craftsman and some Victorian-style homes built in the early to mid-1900’s line the quiet tree-lined streets. High pride of ownership and an infusion of young families is continuing to keep the area fresh and desirable. Foster Ave. is central to the neighborhood both in location and curb appeal and leads people directly to our town’s finest community garden – Shared Harvest.

With its proximity to downtown, this is the area to be for a stroll, bike ride or even running clubs on the wide and inviting streets. Here you will find the cozy 2.5 acre G.O. Phippeny Park located on the site of the historical Coeur d’Alene High School (1910) with a basketball court, picnic area and minimalist playground.
