Located in the West Berkeley design loop this peaceful condo is centrally located to all of the local hot spots Berkeley offers. It is down the street and within walking distance from San Pablo Park. It's a quick drive or bike ride to Telegraph avenue where UC Berkeley, famous food spots, and unique shops are located. 22 minutes from San Fransisco. There're also multiple surrounding grocery stores including Trader joe's and Safeway, perfect to get groceries for this fully equipped kitchen.

Other things to note
The office room has a full size couch/slide out bed, which is bedroom 2 as well. The main bedroom’s main entrance goes through bedroom 2.

Do not leave pets unannounced in the unit, unless the pet is put in a cage, kennel or crate.
