Stay in a cozy duplex chalet, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and located within the best condominium, in front of Maresias beach.
The space is ideal for couples, families and small groups looking for nature, tranquility, beach and a complete leisure structure.
Spread over two floors, the chalet has a living room, equipped kitchen, balcony overlooking the forest, two bathrooms and environments prepared for a practical and comfortable stay.

The space
This housing has two floors: on the ground, there is the kitchen, the living room (with two single beds), a balcony with a chaise and a privileged view to Mata Atlântica, in addition to a complete bathroom; on the first floor, you’ll find a suite with a really confortable standard double bed and a separated space for another couple, equiped with a sofa bed.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, an eletric oven, an one-mouth cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and household utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc). Other electronics include a TV with cable programming and sound box with Bluetooth and USB, etc.

Guest access
The condominium offers various leisure options for you to relax and practice physical activities during your stay. Among the available amenities are a zen space, two swimming pools, a dry sauna, a steam sauna, two tennis courts, a multi-sports court, a games room, a gym, a barbecue area, and a party room.

Other things to note
The chalet is a duplex, distributed over two floors and accessed by internal stairs. There is a full bathroom on each floor for the convenience of guests.

Because it is a property with stairs, it may not be the best option for people with mobility difficulties. If necessary, we recommend checking in advance if the accommodation available on the ground floor meets the group's needs.

All leisure areas of the condominium are shared between guests and owners. Use of the barbecue requires prior booking with the condominium and payment of an administrative fee of R$100.00.

Linens (bed and bath towels) are optional and can be rented for R$250.00 per stay.

Pets are welcome. The first pet is free of charge, and for two pets, there is an additional fee of R$150.00 per stay.

Upon arrival, guests receive an identification bracelet for access to the condominium premises. For access at the gate, we request the full name, age, and identification document of all guests in advance.

Parties and events are not allowed. The condominium has rules regarding silence, security, and good conduct that must be respected throughout your stay.

As the condominium is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, we recommend bringing insect repellent for greater comfort during your stay.
