Charming and sunny loft located in one of the most tourist places of Valencia, next to the church of Santa Catalina and the Plaza Redonda. A pedestrian plaza located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from popular area attractions: La Lonja, la Catedral, el Miguelete, el Mercado Central, el Carmen ....

No animals of any kind are allowed in the building.

The space
The loft is located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated and without lift building with only three apartments, one per floor, each with its own wifi.

It has 3 different areas and a full bathroom (plan available in the photos):

- Bedroom: With double bed, with storage underneath and a large wardrobe.
- Living area: With sofa and 42 "smart TV
- Kitchen: Fully equipped and with a large table.

The bathroom has a large rain shower. Shower gel and shampoo are provided and you have a hairdryer at your disposal.

In addition, the apartment has three sunny balconies, overlooking the square.

All windows are soundproof and have shutters to keep out light.
