The space
📍 LOCATION:
The Rooftop Seaview Suite is conveniently located in the center area of Ayia Napa, near grocery shops, a pharmacy, a doctor, and a bakery, with restaurants, and bars just a short walk away.
🏖️ Please be advised that the larger and more famous beaches in Ayia Napa are found on the outskirts of the town, not in the center. All beaches and tourist attractions are within very short driving distance, or easily accessible by buses that run every 15-20 minutes. 🚍

🏠 THE APARTMENT:
The suite was re-vamped in January 2024 with attention to detail, designed to offer comfort and practicality, to guarantee memorable stays.
It features:
🛏️ two stylish and cozy bedrooms,
🛋️ a welcoming living room with a sofa bed,
👩🍳 a completely equipped kitchen,
🫧 a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
🎱 a rooftop terrace, equipped to entertain.
We added acoustic windows, ensuring the inside of the flat remains peacefully quiet. 🪟
The apartment is on the second floor of a small Mediterranean-style residential building called Crysland Court B.
❗❗❗Please know that, like many residential buildings in Ayia Napa, our building does not have a lift, so access to the apartment is via stairs.
From the entrance door, you will step into an open-plan living space featuring a living room that flows into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy super-fast internet in the apartment, with speed of 200 Mbit/s for downloads and 40 Mbit/s for uploads!
🛏️ THE BEDROOMS:
Our bedrooms are your cozy sanctuary after a day of exploring Ayia Napa. ✨
Both bedrooms come with a comfy king-sized bed.
When traveling with a baby, please tell us and we can set up a baby crib for you at no extra cost. 👶
We also provide plushy towels (one beach towel, one bath towel, and one face towel per guest). 🧖♀️
Blackout curtains have been installed to ensure the rooms can be completely darkened, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful slumber at any time of the day. 💤
For your entertainment, each bedroom has a large TV with a Netflix account provided. 🎞️
Thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, you will also find a hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, ironing board, a safe box, a vacuum, and a laundry basket. 🧺
In Cyprus, the electricity sockets are UK-type, so, for your convenience, you will find electricity adaptors inside your bedside tables. 🔌
🛋️ THE LIVING ROOM:
The living room is an inviting open-plan space integrated with the dining area and the kitchen.
It features a large TV with Netflix logged in, mounted on a TV stand with additional storage. 📺
The sofa easily transforms into a cozy double bed (140x200), accommodating up to two extra guests. Kindly note that the sofa bed is available only when booking for 5 or 6 people. 🛋️
👩🍳 THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to cook at home and features a dining table fit for 6 people.
For appliances, we have a large fridge with a freezer, cooker, microwave, and a range of smaller appliances such as a blender, hand blender, XXL toaster, French press, and kettle. 🎛️
You'll find everything from pots and pans to plates, bowls, glasses, cooking utensils, cutlery, barbecue tools, kitchen scales, a grater, and more. 🍳
For coffee enthusiasts, there’s a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, and we’ve also provided water in the fridge to ensure you’re well-prepared upon arrival. ☕️
In the kitchen, you will also find the washing machine, clothes drying rack, and cleaning supplies from floor soap to laundry detergent.
🫧 THE BATHROOM:
Our spacious bathroom has both style and functionality.
To ensure your showers are always exceptional, we’ve installed a pressurized water system in the walk-in shower— a feature rarely found in Ayia Napa's rental apartments.
The sink base and the mirror provide convenient storage, where you'll find thoughtfully stocked essentials like extra toilet paper, black face towels, earbuds, make-up remover pads, razors, and wet wipes.
☀️ OUTDOORS:
There is a small balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning coffee & cigarette, so please do not smoke inside the apartment as we have smoke detectors in every room...
The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace, on which we installed a 3x4m pergola to offer shade. Under the pergola, you will find a comfortable lounge sofa and table.
The terrace also features a hammock perfect for entertaining your quiet summer and winter evenings with friends whilst enjoying sea views and beautiful sunset colors over Ayia Napa.
Other things to note
🏖️ Kindly note, that the closest beach is Katsarka Beach, a small and rocky beach, located approximately a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
🌊 The nearest larger beaches from our apartment are Vathia Gonia Beach (Sandy Bay) about an 18-minute walk, or Limanaki Beach 20 minutes walk.
🏖️ Nissi Beach is 30 minutes away by walk, or 6 minutes drive by car.
There is easy access to any beach and tourist attraction by busses (101 and 102) that run every 15-20 minutes. The main bus stop of Ayia Napa is only a 10-minute walk from our apartment.
❗🚭 All our apartments are a NO-SMOKING zone!
Please smoke only in designated areas like the balcony or roof garden, to avoid getting a costly smoking penalty.
Please understand that the smell of cigarettes is hard to remove from the air, furniture, and fabrics, so please be mindful of the guests arriving after you in the apartment.
❗🐕 🐈 Please respect our policy of Not allowing pets.
We do not allow pets in any of our apartments not because we do not like them, but because they can trigger allergies for our next guest arriving after you.
❗🎶 It's important to remember that our apartment resides in a residential building, where people who are not on holiday live. So, we need to keep the nose at a minimum after 10 pm to avoid neighbor complaints.
