We will ask you to present the following documents in exchange for your apartment keys:
- Valid Photographic Identification (drivers licence, national identity card or passport)
- The credit card used to pay for this booking (if applicable)
Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and a no-show fee may also be charged.
Check-out (Departure Instructions) by apartment location:
Covent Garden- Please leave apartment keys inside the property and close the front door behind you securely ensuring the door shuts and locks.
Clerkenwell - Please leave apartment keys inside the property and close the front door behind you securely ensuring the door shuts and locks.
Soho - Please close the front door behind you securely ensuring the door shuts and locks. Leave apartment keys inside the letter box with corresponding apartment number located outside your property.
Lost / Not returned Keys are charged at £50 per set.
Servicing of your apartment:
Your accommodation will be cleaned once a week and this includes provision of fresh linen and towels, toiletries and cleaning products (not replenished during your stay).
Complimentary WiFi is provided in all apartments. Located on the TV stand you will find the router with access codes printed on the back. If you are having trouble please contact us.
We endeavor to remedy problems as soon as possible however, we cannot accept responsibility for continuous service.
Access to your property:
On occasions it is necessary for us to conduct inspections or visits within your property. If this is required, you will not be required to give access and we will provide 24 hours’ notice.

El piso es todo lo que promete, está muy cerca de la estación de metro y con las comodidades de tener cocina, aire acondicionado y camas cómodas (aunque sólo dispone de enchufes ingleses, así que llevad adaptador). El barrio tiene mucha vida, pero sin problemas. Volveríamos.
The studio is accurately advertised and photographed and the realty company that manages this property and others were proactive and clear in their communications. For the price, though, there were a few issues with the apartment that need to be attended to:
1. 3 of the 4 chairs around the circular table were in need of some level of repair.
2. The heat/air conditioner smells bad and couldn't be used. I suspect the filter needs to be cleaned.
3. The drain in the bathroom sink is stuck in the down position without any apparent way of lifting it.
4. The mattress on the Murphy bed is poor quality – weak and lumpy foam. I felt the slats underneath the mattress and I'm light.
Great apartment! Convenient location
This studio is really fantastic. I stayed for 3 nights with wife and son. Upon arrival I had some trouble finding the office (it looked abandoned), but a knock on the window did the trick. The apartment was clean and spatious enough and surprisingly quiet being in the heart of Camden. Very comple kitchen outfit, nice bathroom, good beds and wireless internet. The host was very helpful when we phoned him for some assistance.I would definetely want to rent it again when going back to London.
We were four people, 2 adults and two children, in this nice appartment. Great location, very near of tube station, close to supermarkets, in a quiet street but just turn aroundthe coner and you will find a lot of restaurants, pubs, and the funniests shops in all London. Camden Town is the best option if you want to spent some special days in London. We are counting the days to come back again.
