THE UNIT FEATURES: Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge. 4 burners and stove, Coffee maker, microwave as well as plates and cutlery for 4 people. Full bathroom with both shower and bath (and hairdryer). A walk-in wardrobe. Air-conditioning. Access to comunal washing machine and clothes dryer (at extra cost), a safe, PLUS 1 Iron and table iron .

OTHER AMENITIES ON LOCATION INCLUDE: an Olympic-sized heated pool (28 x 12 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with both pool and beach service, restaurant & bar with reasonable prices (especially at breakfast time!) & that provides all three room, pool and beach service, gym, lifts, washing machine and clothes dryer (at extra cost), & convenience store. Since the building is BEACHFRONT, you will have private and direct access to Miami beach where you will be able to relax to the gorgeous views of the Atlantic ocean

THE LOCATION: There are many restaurants near the hotel, as well as a couple of bars, a 24hr Walgreen's and a Publix supermarket 4 blocks down the hotel and 7/11 is in the front of the building for your convenience. There is plenty of public transportation to get you around to all the fabulous and trendy places. The bus stop is only 100 m away from the building.
The building is five minutes from the elegant and chic shops of Ball Harbour and the excitement and action of South Beach's Art Deco District. It is at less than 5 minutes away from the Famous Fountainbleu Hotel and its cool nightclubs. There is a Country golf course at just 10 minutes away and tennis courts at just 600m away. The Port of Miami, Downtown Miami and Miami International Airport are easily accessible within fifteen minutes or less.

THE BUILING: Is a historic Miami Beach oceanfront landmark welcoming visitors worldwide since the 1950's.
This room forms part of a Miami Beach Hotel which boasts spectacular views of the sandy beaches framed by palm trees and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and just in front, across the street, lies the Intracostal Waterway.

NOTE:Check-in time is 4pm onwards. There is a reception desk in the lobby area that will hand keys over so after 4 pm you can arrive as you please. Same as for check-out. One must check-out by 12 noon, but if need to leave earlier, can just drop keys off at reception desk, no problems.

We had a nice stay at Julys. The room was decent, it seemd a bit pigger in the pictures than it was but the room had everything we needed.

It was good for one night with reasonable price. It was not exactly like the picture but was clean (looked a bit empty though), wifi was fine (with disturbing errors sometimes), about 3 minutes walk to the beach, nice pool also free valet parking. Especially the parking was excellent as it always costs to park in the area. Location was good as everything is walking distance. However, the toilet was loud making disturbing sound although we were not using it and it woke us up at night. Shower was fine but half of the water comes from the shower and the rest from the tap in the bathtub, i think it should be fixed. Also the smell of bleach in the bathroom was too strong.

The location is ideal, especially for families who want beachfront and pool fun. The unit was mostly clean (kitchen stovetop & counter had not been wiped down), bedding was clean & comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The restaurant by the pool was convenient with tasty options, although there are plenty of places within walking distance. Free parking is a huge benefit; valet and condo staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom needs improvements & carpet should be removed. The owners responded promptly by air bnb chat when I had questions. Overall, this was an average beach & pool accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child.

Great stay! Very convenient location: there's a 7/11 right across the street and many places to eat about a block up the street. The studio was clean and adequately furnished.

Now - the promise with direct access to the beautiful beach is true. The overall building is in good order, as well. So is the pool. Valet parking is available fro 20 bucks per night. The place however is really run down. Clean, as much as possible. Sheets and towels all fine. But the carpet is ready to crawl out on its own, I guess. The bathroom, was clean, but needs some attention as well, without a doubt. Unfortunately directly out of the window there was some construction work going on. Which is not the owners fault, but didn't help with the overall experience. It is a bit sad, as with an overseeable effort this room (which probably was a hotel room once before) could be really nice.
