Interaction with Guests
I prefer to host self sustaining people -- I will help you with key on arrival, then you are on your own!
Downtown, but quiet & homey.
Other Things to Note
We are downtown, so lock everything up tight! No open windows, no open doors.
This is 1/2 Yoga Studio, 1/2 home. So, it is a very relaxing place. The atmosphere must stay that way, so if you come for a festival it is not a place for a party. There are some across the street that wouldn't mind that I can refer you to that listing on Airbnb.
Caroline was a great host! She went to extra lengths to make sure the place was comfortable. Beyond providing a clean and fun home, she bought some snacks and drew a map to some local restaurants and markets.
The house is big with a large room that doubles as a yoga studio, next to the kitchen, bathroom, and small bedroom.

Caroline was very responsive and professional. She made my stay very comfortable.
Caroline was a lovely host. She was prompt in getting back to us and her home was inviting, great location!!!
My stay during SXSW was good. The house was perfect for two of us and within walking distance of some good restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby which made getting into downtown easy and cheap. Caroline was responsive, helpful and flexible when it came to check out, which was much appreciated.
