Decorated with vintage detail, family heirlooms and modern flare, this spacious apartment is located in one of the choicest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. It is less than 7 minutes walk to every line that runs into Manhattan (Downtown 15min, Time Sq 35 and Central Park in under 40).
A brownstone on a tree lined street across from a hip cafe (with great coffee) the apartment is in a neighborhood with tons to offer, great bars and restaurants, walking distance to Barclays Center, BAM and much more. Atlantic Ave has some fabulous new boutiques and antique shops. Smith and Court St just a couple blocks away have more great drinking and dining options and great local shops, not the chains you find in much of Manhattan now.
The apartment has a luxurious King size bed, two huge living spaces for relaxing and entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a walk in closet. People immediately fall in love with this place but don't take our word for it. Check out the comments of those who have stayed here. We love our home and know you will too.
This is a home in a quiet charming building with lovely neighbors in the other 3 apartments. We expect occupants to be respectful about noise and behavior. There is a strict no smoking or pets rule due to allergies/reactions to both.
Our stay at Travis and Jaime's place was perfect! Jaime was in constant communication with us and provided all the necessary information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. They even left up their tree for the holidays and that was a wonderful touch!
Their place is in a very convenient location to everything. The subway, Trader Joe's, dining, and shopping were all within an easy walk.
Jaime went out of her way to make sure the place was in order and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Extremely comfortable, cute and convenient!
Everything was perfectly arranged and organised by Jamie and Travis. The apartment is very spacious, sunlit, tastefully furnished and a great place from which to discover Brooklyn and Manhattan. I can fully recommend staying there whenever you have the occasion. Thank you so much!
My husband Travis and I love people, places and food. We made Brooklyn home when moving to NYC for Travis' work. He does marketing and communications for a non-profit that supports marginalized children in Africa. I'm a recording artist, voiceover actor and I also do client relations and studio management for a music house in Manhattan. We love Brooklyn and think you will too.
