30sqm 2 p studio in the heart of the most wanted area in Bairro Alto: you are 10 min walking from the nightlife, typical portuguese restaurants, fado houses, the posh Príncipe Real, and Chiado, but in a quiet st. Tram 28 stop just 200 meters away
This is a studio, located on a ground floor of a historic building.
I decorated it to make you feel comfortable, I used some fine decorations, the point is making the sudio like a hotel suite, but with a kitchen, which is always a plus!
The studio is ideal for two. It can accomodate a third person in the sofa bed, but remember that it is 30sq meters and no walls forming bedrooms. For a couple with a child is good.
You do not get many natural light because you are on a ground floor and the space only has two windows, one that leads to the back patio and the other is featured on the front door. You can open it as a regular window, and from here you have good natural light. My experience with guests tells me, and you can see the reviews, that it is not a problem, because you will be outside most of the time, some of them only are at the apartment during the night. For 3 to 4 nights it is perfect.
You have a clean and confortable space, with tv. (website hidden), all kitchen's necessary to cook and you will be in a quiet street. I have this apartment for 5 years now for the same purpose, and it has plenty of bookings, and you can see the reviews. I am a experienced host and through the years my guests have teached me to be even better, I value their opinions and well being very much.
This is a noble area with two main palaces, one of them just in front of the apartment.

Interaction with Guests
I'm always available for information. The apartment will have many guides and flyers about the city, and I will welcome you in person to explain what you need to know. During you stay, if you have any questions, please text me ou send me message through airbnb and I will be happy to help you.
This apartment is located in Bairro Alto, but Príncipe Real/São. Bento zone, which means that you won't find any bars in the street or the next ones, but the bars area is 10 minutes walking. You have Igreja/Church das Mercês a fiew meters away. You have Praça das Flores 5 minutes walking, a wonderfull square whith supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy. Yoy have a 28 tram stop just 200 meters away from the apartment. From the apartment you can explore on foot whole Bairro Alto, Chiado, Bica and Santa Catarina neighbourhoods, also Príncipe Real.
Tram nr 28 stop fiew minutes from the apartment - recommended if you want to go to Alfama or Castle. To see Bairro Alto, Chiado and Baixa, no need to take the tram, is quite near on foot.
from the airport the best exist station is Baixa-Chiado (12-15 minutes walking)
Please leave the apartment as you found it.
I do not want old shoes, or clothes, or any other things you might want to leave behind.
Take garbage out when you check out. This part of town does not have enough garbage containers, sou you leave the trash in a closed bag just outside the front door. No need to separate trash for recycling, this part of city is not prepared for that, unfortunatelly.
It is a residential building, so, no parties aloud.
Smoke by the window or by the door, because the apartment has direct entrance from the street.
I've been in Lisbon one week for the New Year's Eve. The apartment was small but really lovely, clean, and near to the most interesting places in the centre of Lisbon.
Ana, my host, helped us a lot, she indicated us the most important place to visit, she was really helpful and kind.
I would suggest this house to everyone, if you need a comfortable place to stay, this house is what are you looking for.
Really good location!
Unfortenally we couldnt meet Ana becuase she wasn't at the city but even thouhg she was really helpfull!!!
We arrived at her cozy apartment and everything was easy! She left us there lots of information about restaurants, transport and maps really usefull
The apartment is located in a great place close to all places by short walk, in a really nice area of Barrio Alto.
Also we did our reservation from one day to the next and Ana answered so quick, that was very helpfull as well
As you can see at the pictures no much sun light but it you go to Lisbon to enjoy the city it isn't a problem
Definitly this apartment is a good choice!
Merci Ana ! // The apartment is exactly the same as on the pictures: pretty and cosy! I didn't had the chance to met Ana, but she was very helpful and flexible with the check-in/check-out time. It's just too bad there is no windows facing exterior: the apartment is a little bit dark... I had a really enjoyable stay in Lisbon and in this flat! Thanks again Ana!
We have met Ana for the last day of our visit, unfortunately, as she is a great host and have a lot to share about Lisbon! Was very welcoming from the start as we had morning flight, so we could check in earlier, as she left us a key. Apartment is located at the very centre of the city - all is on walking distance. As Ana mentioned, lack of day light may be a problem, but as you are not spending time in apartment during your stay anyway, it's something that can be put aside. Thank you, Ana!
