Just read my reviews!
Located on the eastside of Downtown Austin
Quiet, cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom/1bath apartment available for rent for Interactive and Music part of SXSW, Formula 1 and/or ACL.
One room comes with a queen bed and TV for your watching pleasure and the other has a full size bed. I also have one queen size blowup mattress.
My couch is very comfortable to sleep on and of course there is room on the floor for sleeping as well.
Five to six guests only and no dogs or pets. Cats are ok.
1 full bathroom and one bedroom actually comes with a sink and a mirror installed to wash up if the other guest is using the full restroom.
I have a kitchen and dishes to cook and I will supply towels and linens for you to take showers.
I have high speed WiFi and cable TV.
Emo's and Beauty Bar are music venues that are within walking distance along with a few coffee/bars but I would probably cab it or take the bus.
Under a 5 minute drive downtown!!
Transportation to Downtown:
Just a few minutes away!!
Located only a few blocks away are a bunch of fast food places to eat and a couple of grocery stores so you can stock up on food, water, beer, etc...
There is also a bus stop right next to my apartment where you can jump on the bus and head downtown. The buses run every 30 minutes to go downtown and there is a night owl bus that runs from downtown back to my place from 12am-3am.
My number is (phone number hidden) if you have any questions.
Cheers and Good Luck!
Laundry Facility On-Site
Interaction with guests
Some interaction of course, and if you need a ride just let me know.
Other things to note
If you have a car, please park in the visitor parking places only because they WILL tow you. There are tons of visitor parking spaces around my apartment so it shouldn't be a problem.
Just be considerate!
I am a 30 something year old working professional back in school at night. I enjoy music, the arts and running. I love writing music and staying involved with the community. I've lived in Austin for 5 years now so if you have any questions about where to go or what to do, don't hesitate to ask! Cheers
