The "Old Bank District" is the most culture-rich part of downtown LA - and it's growing in awesomeness every day. The ground floor of the Rowan contains a number of shops (including the trendy Buzz Beer & Wine). Across the street is the famous "Last Bookstore" and all along Spring and Main Streets are wonderful cafes, restaurants, and nightlife activities. Also, there's a farmer's market on our corner every Sunday morning and we are 1 block away from the metro station.

Ryan and I love our loft and neighborhood. We especially love sharing our space and welcome any questions you might have. Cheers!
No smoking (designated smoking on other parts of the property). Also, please be respectful about the sound you produce after 11pm. Although our walls are well insulated for sound, we'd prefer not having to discuss last nights song selections with our neighbors. Also, the wood floors can sometimes be scraped easily so please be aware of this when moving furniture. Thanks :)
Marci & Ryan gave me the keys to their castle. Literally! The accommodations were perfect my purpose and they made sure the experience was too. When I Initially contacted them, they immediately offered me to view the property in-person and before a commitment was made, they were referring me to other properties–in addition to theirs. Overall, my first Airbnb experience was an excellent one–Place was clean, pictures were accurate, building tenants & security were friendly. This set the bar very high!
Beautiful loft with everything you could want or need. When I was here during a business trip, I felt instantly at home among Marci and Ryan's personal belongings. They have great taste and I love the mix of wood, brick with modern steel. This place is a gem!
We had a wonderful time in the loft of Marci & Ryan. The historic building still has his old windows, so sometimes it can be loud at night. This is the price you have to pay to stay in the heart of a living city with museums like the MOCA or Frank Gehrys Music Hall in walking distance.
Here are my complaints: ZERO! :-)
Marci and Ryan's place is fantastic and so are they! A handy note was left with WiFi and other relevant info. Meanwhile, arrival and departure couldn't have been simpler or more convenient, and Marci and Ryan were incredibly nice people.
And their place was fantastic. It's in a nice building and the parking garage they provide access to is very convenient.
I will definitely look them up on AirBnB again the next time I need to stay in downtown LA.
Ryan and Marci were great hosts. Very responsive and flexible when I arrived much later than anticipated. Lots of vibrant life around their place in LA. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Marci and Ryan are really good hosters, they are so sweet to prepared everything you need for staying confortable. The room is exactly same as you saw in the photos, big windowns with sunshine. The location is great, easy to fnd food and drinks, we all love it.
