Check if the tide is high or low from the balcony to decide if you will take your bikes on the beach, or meander through Sea Pines' maze of bike paths. Easy (5 minute walk) access to Calibogue Sound beach, Salty Dog Café, water activities at Braddock Cove's South Beach Marina, tennis, bike rental, South Beach community pool, and a small playground.
Adult guests may enjoy Fall weekend festival events at Salty Dog next door. Our younger guests may like the Salty Dog’s nightly kids' activities (Memorial Day through Sept).
During the months of April - Aug, the free Sea Pines trolley stops next door, taking guests to Harbour Town, for the light house visit, Marina stroll, restaurants, fun-filled complimentary family concerts by Gregg Russell, and the excellent playground for the kids.
After a day of activities, the captivating sunsets (and often dolphins) across the street at Calibogue Sound put your mind at ease. Our beach, at the "toe" of the island, is a perfect place for a peaceful evening beach walk -- enjoy the view of Harbour Town Light House if you walk to the right, or the mighty Atlantic, when walking to the left.
The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, a balcony, and an entryway foyer.
Bedroom 1 –has a king size bed. This room also has a 40” Smart TV (Sept 2015) with Netflix and Cable TV services, night tables, reading lamps, a large mirror, closet, Eclipse blackout curtains, iron and ironing board. Bathroom has a hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 -- has two bunk beds (twin over full), a large dresser, and a closet. Adjacent bathroom has a shower. Pack and play and stepping stools are available for our smaller guests.
Living room – has ample and comfortable seating, new sofa (April 2016), 46” Smart TV with Cable TV, Netflix, DVD player, small library of books and DVDs for all ages, complimentary WiFi.
Kitchen --is fully equipped (oven range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, non-stick pans, pots, cooking utensils, cutting boards, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, flatware).
Dining room -- comfortably sits six people (high chair is available for our smaller guests).
There is a washer and dryer in the utility area. Beach toys and equipment are in the foyer closet. Parking for our building is free and is in the unmarked parking spots in front of the building.
Early Summer 2015 -- condo has been refreshed and painted. The dining room received new window treatments, the kitchen got new whimsical hardware, and entryway now has lots of space to hang your sun hats, or anything else for an easy grab on the way to the beach, or when going out and about. Eclipse blackout curtains are now in both bedrooms, for even more privacy and peace, and to allow for the much needed morning sleep-in to restore and refresh our guests' strengths.
Living Room – a new sofa (April 2016), Samsung 46" Smart TV (June 2015) with Cable TV, Netflix account, and complimentary WiFi.
Master Bedroom – new (Oct 2015) king size mattress (Simmons Beautyrest Recharge World Class Plush Pillow Top) for the extra sleep comfort of our guests. Also, a new ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)" Smart TV with Netflix account, Cable TV, and complimentary WiFi is now in the Master Bedroom.
Bunk Bedroom – new (April 2015) bunk bed and mattresses matched the existing twin-over-full bunk. There is also a colorful new (July 2015) larger size (3 ft x 3 ft) pack-and-play for our smaller guests to enjoy. The pack-and-play adds to condo's existing high chair, two bathroom step stools, and beach toys.
New balcony furniture (Aug 2015) -- includes two arm chairs, two small side tables (for a cup or a book to rest), and two flameless lanterns for the evening enjoyment of our guests.
New washer and dryer (Sept 2015) are in the utility area for our guests use. New HVAC system had been installed in Sept 2015.

South Beach pool is 5 min away -- weekly pass is $75, daily pass is $18 and is available from the South Beach Inn & Marina ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). Please contact South Beach Inn & Marina directly for passes.
