The space
Make your way inside this spacious townhouse using the easy keyless entry and be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soaring ceilings, and a modern, open floorplan designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

Relax on the inviting lounge by the window and stream all the latest blockbusters on the Smart 55” Roku TV - the perfect place for a movie night in or to sit with a coffee and take in the grassy views.

For even more space to kick back, you’ll also find a second living area upstairs with mod sofas and a workspace with free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Move through into the streamlined kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a central island bench, a coffee machine, gorgeous stone countertops, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need.

Eat together at the stylish dining table with chic bench seating set for six or, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find many cafes and restaurants dotted along Atlantic Ave that leads to delicious oceanfront restaurants along the boardwalk just 10 minutes away.

Spread across two levels are the three luxurious bedrooms with the master on the ground level and two guest bedrooms upstairs.

The master bedroom features a cloud-like king bed, a Smart TV, a reading chair, and a lavish ensuite with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and his and her vanity.

Upstairs the two guest bedrooms are both filled with comfortable queen beds and 32” TVs giving everyone their own space to unwind.

Guests can also bring along their fishing gear with catch-and-release ponds throughout the community or take out the complimentary bicycles, pack a picnic, and ride down to the beach.

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse and private patio as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and access to your own laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway, additional parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot across the street. Street parking is not permitted.
Also included with your stay is the use of the community amenities including unheated outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, two clubhouses with fitness centers and a playground.

Other things to note
This two-level home is accessed via two steps at the entryway.
Although this rental does not allow guest pets, the homeowner does have a dog that sometimes visits the property.

You’ll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you can use.
