This is a light, comfortable, quiet and charming, space within a single family home in Noe Valley, with it's own separate guest access. It is an owner San Francisco Victorian, built 1900. Located in a lovely part of pretty San Francisco, the area has parks and tennis courts, gourmet restaurants (La Chiccia, Blue Plate) all in walking distance, and excellent clothes and gift shopping along 24th street. The area well deserves the nickname "Gourmet Gulch" and also offers Thai, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, American Diners and Chinese food. In addition there's a local grocer, an excellent butcher, and the irresistible home made Mitchells ice-cream store not too far away. Situated 3 minutes walk from the J Church line, and in walking distance of BART, it is the perfect stop for a San Francisco experience.
The apartment has a private entrance on the street and offers over 500 sq.ft (55 sq.m) of living space. It opens to a living room and you walk back through to the bedroom and on again into another room and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with a high thread count linen; there is an additional sleeping option in the modern queen sofa bed in the living room – very comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. There is also a pack – n – play available for families with young babies. The dining room has a fridge, kettle, toaster, hotplate, microwave/oven and a table with seating for 4. Please note the living room and bedroom are linked without a door – see photographs! A curtain separates the two areas. The bedroom opens onto the dining room which has the bathroom attached. There is Wi-Fi and smart TV, and a DVD player. Close to Muni and BART and Apple/Genentech and many other commuter buses stops close by. Everything you need for a professional visit or a vacation. This is not a apartment suitable for toddlers, but older kids and babies are fine!
It's just a quick ride to the Castro, Downtown, Union Square, Embarcadero, and the Waterfront by transport. Just 15 minutes by car to the Airport, with easy access and directions to and from. There's also ample street parking if needed.

Interaction with guests
We are available and eager to help! We usually greet our guests and check in with them to make sure everything is running smoothly, but have found that most guests have very busy schedules and are busy seeing all the sights of San Francisco!
Other things to note
This is a quiet neighborhood, very much a family one with nearby parks and playgrounds. You do not need to go far to find all you need to cook something wonderful, or to go out to some excellent restaurants. It's right at your door step! STR-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

We suggest no toddlers since the space is not toddler friendly, but kids and babies are welcome!). Minimum of three nights. We do accept and favor long term bookings. We expect a $400 deposit, returned a week after your visit.
It is a NO SMOKING apartment and NO PETS
We do not accept bookings more than 6 months in advance.
The house main garden is not available, but there is a small separate private outside area.
Holiday dates have restrictions: we request a longer booking over Thanksgiving and Christmas (5 night minimum) and the apartment can only be booked for certain periods. Please contact me if you have any questions. If you take a months booking please note you must make it available to be cleaned every two weeks, at an additional charge of $75 per cleaning.
