The space

Casa Cascada is a custom home in Cozumel Mexico that sleeps 8 and incorporates the Mexican culture with all the comforts of modern living, including the newest appliances and electronics. The location is fantastic and centrally located in the exclusive Corpus Christi neighborhood. The house is within walking distance of almost everything. The home may also be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with the downstairs bedroom locked out (15% off regular published rates). You will never share the home with anyone else.

The living room opens to the pool via a large sliding glass door with flanking windows. For convenience right off the pool and living room, you'll also find a 1/2 bath and full laundry room, complete with laundry detergent, fabric softener and bleach. There is a large flat screen television with cable connection, surround sound stereo that also allows for music through the rock speaker by the pool.

The home is 100% fully furnished...from towels and soaps to a blender for those sunset margaritas. There's a library of books to choose from, games to play, popular movie DVD's, sunscreen (in case you forgot yours), beach towels, beach chairs, high speed internet and so much more. You also have his and hers bicycles available for your use during your stay.

The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The dining room has a large window that overlooks the pool and landscaped yard.

There is secure gated parking on the property for your rental car or scooter and you'll also find a luxurious pool with a waterfall Jacuzzi/hot tub that is just perfect for sunning when you want to relax around the house. There is also a scuba rinse tank to clean your dive gear. Don't forget the rooftop party deck! On the third floor, there is an awesome open air space just perfect for midday sunning, a sunset party or midnight margarita.

There are 3 bedrooms...two spacious masters on the second floor and a downstairs bedroom that has a separate but lockable entrance. Every bedroom has its own pillow-top mattress, mini-split air conditioner, digital safe, flat screen TV, DVD player and clock radio with iPod docking station. Each full bath has a built in hair dryer.

The Seashell bedroom has a king size bed (that can be arranged into 2 twins). It's decorated in Caribbean hues that are soothing and tropical. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a dressing area, closet and a beautiful bathroom. The counter top is glass so you can see the shell design and sand below. There is a large walk in shower that is very luxurious.

The large travel room has a king size bed and is decorated in earth tones and rich browns. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a sitting area and also room to put a queen size air mattress (which is provided along with all the linens). The shower is elegant and unique with its large rain head shower and hand laid rock floor and border. Very organic.

The downstairs bedroom (the Fishbowl) is perfect for sleeping 3 singles (or 3 children). This bedroom, decorated in festive fish decor (including a hand painted underwater scene), has bunk beds with a trundle, a closet, flat screen television with cable, full bath AND it's own entrance into the house, a private garden and private outside gate (which can all be locked if needed). This room is also perfect for a live in house keeper or cook during your stay. We can also 'lock' this room so the home can be rented as a 2 bedroom.

For stays 3 - 6 nights, the rate is $185 a night. Weekly rates are $1155 and monthly rates are $1800 but do not include utilities. Mandatory Cozumel tax is 14%.

The house is a great place to relax and enjoy and explore the island. The area is very safe and walkable to the Mega. The chef and diving arranged by Patty was a top notch. Renting a car (to explore the island) through Patty was easy and convenient.

We stayed in Denise's beautiful home in Cozumel for 5 days this August. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were able to accommodate all of us comfortably (8 total...3 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 younger kids and even a baby, so 8.5 ppl). The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The privacy of the yard was great so we felt comfortable enjoying our private pool anytime of day or evening. The house has a nice terrace on the roof. Denise was a great host communicating frequently prior to my arrival and checked in to ensure we had what we needed. The local management office for her house even assisted in finding a babysitter for the baby for a couple of days so we could all dive. The house is cleaned daily and the pool is magically cleaned by a great pool guy every morning. We'd definitely go back again. Great experience for my first air bnb

I rented the house for a month. It was really comfortable and the floor plan convenient. There was maid service 3 times a week and pool guys came often. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and nice all cotton bedding. I love the showers. Excellent water pressure too. The pool was my favorite part of the property. It is inside a privacy wall and the yard has landscaping that provides privacy, shade and a beautiful tropical setting. There is a great roof top Deck too but it was too hot in May to use it. I loved swimming at night. The walled yard provides very nice privacy and safety.

This house is great from all angles. We felt safe walking everywhere, the sunsets from the roof top deck are unbeatable, and the Your Cozumel team who manages the property is top notch. I would recommend this house to anyone (families, couples, and groups- we were a group of late twenties/early 30s college friends). I am so glad we stayed here versus a resort. Thank you!!!!!

Amber, Rodrigo, and their little one met us at the airport to help us with transportation. This was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. They showed us around the house, gave us some advice about getting around the town, and made sure we knew how to contact them if needed. We did need them a few times and they responded quickly. The house is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance to shopping. Taxis are available for further destinations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully furnished, the pool and hot tub are awesome. At night there was a cool breeze blowing and we opened up the windows and doors to enjoy it.

The Your Cozumel (Vanesa, Rodrigo and team) staff that manages Denise's house is amazing! They were very communicative through out our stay - helping with suggestions prior to our arrival, picking us up from the airport, and answering quickly to all emails when we had questions. They came by quickly to fix the air conditioning when we needed help, and showed us how to use the lockboxes properly after one of our group members accidentally locked us out. The house itself is great - we had 6 people and everybody got their own bed, every room had its own bathroom. The pool is a bit cool, but we were there in November. I'm sure it would be great in the summer. The house is about 15 minutes from the start of the main strip road along the water, or only $2-$5 cab ride. Location was great - quiet but still well located. Would definitely stay again.

I spent 4 weeks at Casa Casada in the fall of 2013. The house is amazing! It has a room that is great for kids, and two comfortable bedrooms for the adults. The pool and hot tub really make the property. The garden and yard and beautifully landscaped and the decor within the house makes you feel like you're at home. The A/C works great in all the rooms and the rooftop deck is perfect for morning sun and libations in the evening. The Corpus Christi neighborhood is safe and comfortable and the house is within walking distance of all the downtown shops, restaurants, and plaza. Its also a short walk down to the waterfront as well. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook meals at home. The property management team is quick to respond to any queries and is available to help with anything and everything you need to make your stay perfect. I can't wait to make it back for another trip!!

From , I lived and worked in Cozumel, coming back to the states on occasion to visit family and friends. I met my husband on one of the trips back to the states. We're both water lovers and after we married and had a son, we decided to buy a home on Lake Lanier in GA which is where we currently live. I've been with the same internet marketing company since 2002 and am Director of Operations. I telecommute 100% so this allows us to visit the island a couple times a year.

When I was living in Cozumel, I fell in love with not only the beautiful island but the value that the locals placed in enjoying each day with family and friends. Years ago...on the main street, I would watch locals close their stores, losing business as tourists passed by, and walk across the street to sit on the wall and watch the sunset. In 1999, I saved enough money while on the island, to buy the lot that the house is now built on. At the time, there were hardly any homes in the area and no street lights. In 2009, with the economy faltering and affecting my husband's business, we decided it was time to finish the Cozumel House. We packed up and took our son for 4 months to the island while we did an 'extreme makeover'! It was truly a leap of faith and it's wonderful to see how the area has developed into streets of exclusive homes along with a beautiful park and church. I hope the island moves you as it continues to move me every time I visit. Mi casa es su casa. Enjoy!
