This wonderful furnished rental includes all utilities cable and internet. Kitchen has granite counters, tile floors and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have granite, tile and updated fixtures. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 bedrooms have full beds. There is a large landscaped back yard with large patio, The home is located near Powers and North Carefree in Colorado Springs on a culdesac.
A signed lease agreement is required. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee. There are additional charges for more than 6 guests. This is a non smoking rental. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
All of our homes go thru a 200 point checklist between stays to ensure everything is in the best condition for our guests. We want your stay to be the best it can be. We have been in business for several years and we are a member of the Better Business Bureau. As a professional property management company we are there for you if you need anything.
This home is within easy driving distance to a number of favorite attractions in Colorado Springs: Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls and many more.

Stockton May Holdings Rental Policies
The following list reflects the general policies of rental for properties offered by Stockton May Holdings LLC.
Our properties are non-smoking residences. If you smoke, it must be outside the building. Tampering with smoke detectors will be considered hiding the fact that you are smoking in the property. No smoking in the garage please.
Illegal drug activity will not be allowed. Failure to abide by this rule will result in eviction, arrest and forfeit of deposit.
No pets are allowed at this property. $600 minimum additional cleaning fee if a pet is kept at the property.
Tenant may not sublease property.
Property rental rates are for 6 occupants maximum, unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement. Additional charges will apply if additional occupants are approved for a property.
All maintenance or changes to property need to be approved in writing by management. Emergency after hours repairs must use the recommended list of vendors, which is available on our web site at http:\\(website hidden). Non emergency repairs need to be brought to management attention and management will schedule the repair with approved vendors.
Management will be responsible for any normal wear and tear maintenance of the building, water, gas and electrical systems.
Rent is due in advance of stay. If payment does not clear, a $50 late fee will be applied if rent payment is received more than 3 days after the due date, 18% interest will be applied to any past due balances. Partial payments will not be accepted and constitute a breach of the agreement. If you are participating in any promotions, the promotion will be void if rent is received more than 3 days late.
The rent and deposit must be paid online in advance. All payments arising out of this contract, including, but not limited to rent, shall be made by credit card or Paypal. Currency and other forms of payment will not be accepted. No checks will be accepted.
The house was exactly what we needed (and SO much better than staying in a hotel for a week!) Robert was so responsive to our questions, and the house is located right next to an abundance of retail options. The neighborhood felt a little "tired", but this house is very well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. Thanks, Robert!
We had a great time in the house. It really looked like the description. It is wide and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks so we appreciated to cook in the kitchen and relax in the living room.
The house also has internet and a phone, which was very useful.
It was very clean and there were extra towels. The backyard is really cute and well maintened.
The house is located close to many restaurants and shops. It only takes a few minutes by car to go there.
Robert was very helpful and answered real quick when we asked questions.
The neighborhood is also vey safe.

I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Robert promptly answered any questions I had before and after I booked. The house met our needs for our stay in Colorado Springs for a wedding at the Air Force Academy Chapel. We had 6 adults in our group. The well kept backyard was nice for having a BBQ with other family members that stayed elsewhere in Colorado Springs. Grocery stores were close so we could buy groceries right away when we arrived to do our own cooking for the four days. Other types of stores were close by also. We liked the garage with garage door opener.
Great house - very comfortable for three adults and a baby. Kitchen and baths are as nice as shown in the photo's and backyard was a great place for a child to play. Conveniently located to Costco, Whole Foods, Movies and the AAA Colorado Springs SkySox. Highly recommend.
I rented Robert's house for my sister and Father while my husband and I stayed at in-laws nearby in CO Springs. The house was very clean, great amenities and located in a quiet residential street very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent this house again next time we are in CO Springs. Thanks a lot Robert!!
We had the most wonderful stay at Robert's beautiful home! It was one of the best holidays we have had! As a family of 6 it was great to be able to throw a load of laundry in each night and to be fully equipped to eat most of our meals at home while enjoying all the beautiful sights of Colorado Springs! The backyard was fenced in for the kids and Dad loved the accessibility of being able to keep the car in the garage!
Robert met and welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything so thouroughly. His home was freshly renovated and was so cozy! Thanks Robert and AirBnB for making our holiday most pleasing!
The area is quiet, close to a school park, hiking trails, and shopping. Being on the cul de sac made me as a mom feel secure letting the kids play outside. Can't wait to come back!
