Other things to note
PLEASE READ
***As with many cabins in the area, the road leading to the cabin is curvy with one steep spot heading up. The views on the way up are incredible! The road is paved and wide.
The driveway is also steep but paved and wide.There is a reflective guide posts to help at night. The end of the driveway near the cabin is level. It's is generally mild in the winter but if there is a winter storm chains or 4x4 is recommended. Bears live near property. Mamma and two cubs! They are spotted frequently. If you see them please view at a respectful distance. Do not leave garbage or food in the car. Keep car doors locked. Do not feed the bears. Please be aware you are in the mountains. There is potential dangerous animals. Black bears are generally not aggressive they are looking for garbage or left over food. ****
