We had a great time at this apartment. The neighbourhood is great, and we enjoyed having the bicycles.
Alice was was always very quick to answer any questions. Even during the first part of our stay, Alice was away but always reachable.
We recommend this apartment.
Although I never met Alice, everything was clean and in order when I arrived. I had one small problem, but to her credit, Alice quickly helped clear it up. The place is small and cute, with everything you need. You can close the shades for darkness, or open them to let in a lot of light. The shower is excellent. The neighborhood is typical Venice, cute little houses. It's just around the corner from restaurants and coffee shops on Rose Ave., and a pleasant walk to Abbot Kinney. I would definitely return.
Me and Father lived at Alice's places for two weeks. It felt like a second home very soon. Alice already came by on the first night to bide us welcome, and we almost saw her daily on the property. The neighborhood was lovely, we loved the Superba snackbar around the corner, and we used the bikes to go to the beach and Santa Monica. Shops, the boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier, supermarket etc. is truly within walking distance. Would recommend this to anyone (1-3 people) who's looking for a cozy place outside the busy city of LA.
Hello ! My husband, my son (10months) and me stayed nearly a month at Alice Place. It's our second time we stayed there. First of all Alice is a wonderful and very welcoming host. The location is great. Close to the beach, Abbot kinney is not far away, whole foods is around the corner and you have some nice/cool shops/restaurants/bars just around the corner at Rose Ave. The apartment is small cosy place which has everything you need. Even with a baby it worked out perfectly.
Alice was a very helpful host, making sure I had info I needed if I missed it in an email , and coming over to explain a kitchen question when I had one . Her place is comfortable and convenient and my teen son and had a great stay . The location can not be beat . Cafe Gratitude down the street is my favorite Restuarant , and walking to , and on the beach my favorite activity :) Would stay here again for sure .
Great place to experience the Venice vibe. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach.

I also love ballroom dancing and in the summer, here in Venice, I like to bodysurf. I have extra wetsuits and flippers if you want to go along.
If I can help make your stay more fun-just let me know and I will try my best.
So far everyone has loved the property and its location is excellent.
