The perfect solution to your trip to southern Iowa. The house is located close to Ellston Ia & Sun Valley Lake. Our two bedroom home sleeps 6. The open kitchen is a perfect gathering place for early morning coffee and breakfast before heading out on an adventure. Great place for hunters. The house has parking in front, a yard in back with a fire pit and patios. A washer and dryer are on site. Your host will meet you on your arrival and is there to assist during your stay.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, nightstand and bench for your luggage.
Guest Bedroom: Loft Twin, Pullout twin a large closet, dresser and nightstand.
Living Room: Large sleeper sofa and recliner.
Open plan gives plenty of room to move around. Desk provided.

The owners also own The Fox Market in Ellston Iowa. The mercantile is the place to get a hot lunch or provisions for your stay. Frozen entrees, pizzas and snacks along with ice cream and much more. Beer, wine and ice are also available.
