Guests will have access to the full apartment. Linens, cooking utensils, refrigerator, basically anything in the apartment.
Interaction with Guests
I interact with all of my guests usually over the phone as when I book my units, I'm usually traveling the same time. But I'm available 24/7
I love the safety of the area, the proximity of the bars and restaurants and the culture that is right outside the door.
The train and bus is literally one block from the unit. As the neighborhood is permit parking only, no car is needed as taxi's are readily available if you do not want to use buses or trains.
No smoking in the unit. No loud music or noise as this is a quite building. Air mattress is provided if a third guest needs to stay.
Staying at Kean's apartment was OK. The location is very good, a few metro stations away from downtown in a very pleasant neighborhood. The apartment is very comfy and has everything you need. Although we didn't see Kean personally, he was always available by phone and answered our questions whenever we needed.
A few negative remarks: The apartment is not the one you see in the ad; very similar but not the same. The biggest difference is the sun light. The window is looking to a wall and the unit is much more darker than it looks on the pictures. You need to turn the lights on during the day. Fridge is very noisy, if you are a light sleeper, this one is not for you. Piping system in the building is very old; water comes back from the kitchen sink.

Kean was very flexible during our stay. From our late check-in to our late check-out. We had a few hiccups but Kean handled them professionally and with care. My partner & I would definitely rent from Kean again in the future. His professionalism, flexibility and openness definitely made our stay in Chicago a huge success. Thank you, Kean!

Doctoral student working towards my EdD in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University Downtown Chicago. I bought the place as a extra home when I wanted to stay in the city while going to work or school as I own a home in the southern suburbs of Chicago. Down to earth, fun loving guy that enjoys traveling, shopping and hanging with my close family and friends.
