Beautiful home near the center of Taos. Mike and Heather are great hosts. Everything was spotless and expertly executed.
Michael and Heather (and the little furry friends) were amazing hosts! I had so much fun visiting with them and was so comfortable in their home that I decided to stay longer! Their home is perfectly located half a mile from the plaza, 30 min to Taos Ski Valley, and 40 min to Angel Fire. The house is beautiful and the bed/bath suite is relaxing and private--the sleeping quarters feel like they are in a separate wing with a mini-fridge and sitting area. I can't say enough about Heather and Michael. I highly recommend Casa DeVargas Lane!
This is a wonderful setting/home for a visit to Taos. Close to downtown, quiet room/home, very welcoming. Easy in and out throughout the day. Everything we needed was provided. Lovely bedroom, wonderful bathroom with 2 sinks and a heated floor. Accommodations located on 2nd floor and away from their family space. Spotlessly clean.
Would recommend 100% and plan to stay at this location in the future. Walking distance to Taos Plaza. What a find!
What FABULOUS hosts Heather and Michael are!
Their space was inviting, well equipped and extremely clean. We spent Chrustmas evening with them and were fortunate to be invited to a delicious home cooked dinner. They were so very gracious and interesting, and we had a truly memorable Christmas with them. Wish I can spend every Christmas in their lovely house in Taos.
Michael and Heather were very kind. They had many suggestions about places to go and restaurants to eat at. They even invited us to eat dinner with them on Christmas Day. The room was nice and clean.
Michael and Heather's place was great. We thoroughly enjoyed staying with them. The two rooms were clean and ready for us upon arrival. We really liked having two rooms and two sinks. Heather even made coffee for us the first morning and Michael joined us for drinks the second night. We will definitely be staying with them next time we visit Taos.
Very comfortable. The description was accurate. Home was warm and close to the Plaza.
