Welcome to a unique, light-filled spacious beach house on the edge of the Old Growth Cedar Preserve in Rockaway Beach.

This new-construction home is surrounded by the forest, with cathedral windows and a large deck to take in the forest views. The house is a short walk to Twin Rocks beach. The house also sits near the Big Tree Boardwalk, a beautiful trail to one of Oregon’s largest old-growth cedar trees. Quiet and private, the home offers modern furnishings and a calming, art-filled space.
