This is a modern 2 bedroom home with stunning views of the bay.
It is just a short walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping and ferry all within a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry into San Francisco. Or you can rent a bike in town and bike through out Sausalito.
Mount Tam is a short 10-15 min drive and you can go hiking, biking, or visit Muir Woods.
My home is furnished with high end relaxed modern designer furnishings, the place sleeps two with a queen size bed in the master bedroom.
The house has tons of charm... high ceilings, hardwood floors, huge bathroom with roman tub, fireplace, a wall of windows facing the bay, and a gourmet kitchen.
And all the other stuff...42 inch flatscreen, media player, wireless internet and a fully equipped/ stocked kitchen.
There is a beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the bay. It is tranquil space with a beautiful mosaic dining table, a barbecue, lovely vegetable patch and a variety of plants.
There are wonderful restaurants, shops, and the beautiful bay within walking distance. T
This was such a great place to stay. The decor, marina view and the light-filled home made such a delightful stay. Very quiet and secluded home. Reshma was super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
Great place, great views, peaceful, clean, comfortable, light filled and very conveniently located!
Reshma made the rental process so easy. The photos don't do the place justice, the view can't be beat. This was the perfect getaway for us to have a relaxing anniversary weekend. It was a perfect location for a day in the City, easy access to wine country, and the Muir Woods. We could not have asked for a better place. Reshma's home was an inviting and peaceful oasis. We would 100% recommend this place!
The house is amazing and perfect to visit SF, it's very close to the city center and Sausalito is supernice with several good restaurants and spots!
The house is very lighting and you can find all comfort you need!
My husband and I stayed at Reshma's Glass House with beautiful views for a weekend getaway to Sausalito and it was a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as the pictures show and yet it still has more to offer while there in terms of view and feel. We loved the location away from the touristy part of Sausalito, as it has a more local feel. Although the touristy area is within walking distance if that is what your looking for. We would absolutely recommend this place to a friend and will definitely stay again in the future.
Five star rating in every way. Reshma was a considerate host, and her home was a delightful, serene oasis for us. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we entered her front door. Returning to her house after exploring the city or driving thru wine country was a delight. We hope to stay there again sometime. Highly recommended.
Reshma's place is wonderful. The home and furnishings are stylish, well-maintained, and clean. The mood is serene, almost transcendental. It was difficult to leave once there and would make a great writer's retreat. We were close to all types of restaurants - both expensive and less so. Reshma gave us excellent recommendations for very affordable spots frequented by locals. If you like big, traditional breakfasts and friendly service, don't miss Fred's at the bottom of Spring on Bridgeway. Walking is not out of the question, if your time is your own. Most everything is a short drive from the house, but be prepared for the the uphill climb back home. Definitely small car territory for driving the side streets and parking. Reshma was very responsive in the planning stages of our stay and made us feel welcome. Within moments of our arrival, we felt like it was our own home and it felt that way until we left. Reshma made it easy to coordinate our arrival and departure. We definitely hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you, Reshma!
This was my first Airbnb experience and I could not have asked for more. Reshma's house was perfect for what I was looking for. Great location in Sausalito especially since I had to drive in and out many times and parking is key. The views were great and the sunrises amazing. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. The deck is wonderful for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink to relax. I highly recommend staying here. Reshma was super accommodating and getting in and out could not have been easier.
Reshma's house in Suasalito is one of the best places I've stayed at so far. The view from her living room is perhaps one of the best views in all of the bay, and I've seen quite a few views at this point. The space is impeccably decorated, very spacious, and walking distance to everything in Sausalito you would want. Reshma was very kind and responsible booking the space, and was extremely understanding with a few complications that we had to deal with. All in all this is an unbeatable spot for unbeatable price. If you are fortunate enough to get this place even for a night, I highly recommend that you do.
The pictures do not do Reshma's place justicie — it's beautiful.
Reshma made it the perfect surprise for my partner's birthday and Thanksgiving — she offered to pick us up from the ferry, and even left some wine to enjoy...amazing.
