Designed for gatherings, it features a chef’s kitchen, multiple living areas, and a dedicated workspaces. Enjoy the wraparound patio and a private fenced backyard with fire pit, boho swings, and a hammock—perfect for family trips, celebrations, and relaxing group getaways.

The space
Relax in the brand-new hot tub after a day exploring Yellow Springs, Springfield, and nearby parks and trails. This 6-bedroom home features a bright open-concept living area filled with natural light—perfect for relaxing, gathering, or game nights. A dedicated workspace with desk also makes this home ideal for remote work or extended stays.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for group meals, featuring high-end appliances, generous counter space, and a large dining area designed for shared meals and connection.

Step outside through two sets of doors onto the wraparound patio, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The private, fully fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing and spending time together, featuring:

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house and its amenities. This includes all 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living areas, the dedicated workspace, the wraparound patio, and the entire fenced-in backyard with its fire pit and playground. The garage and a few designated owner's closets will remain locked and are not available for guest use.

Other things to note
We are happy to allow dogs. A pet fee of $100 per pup is required. We do not allow dogs on our furniture however as our couch in velvet. If the furniture has any damage an additional fee will be charged.
