About this listing
I like it because my apartment is full of light and of an evergreen garden. It can accommodate 4 people because it has two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. The two are one queen size bed and the sofa bed is a king size bed. Wefi free
If you want to experience Venice in its strategic points , but away from the bustle of tourists my apartment is the right solution. It is close to Campo Santa Maria Formosa , one of the larger campi of Venice, two minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco , but in a quiet area with a front that overlooks a beautiful sunny garden, being on a closed street is very quiet. The house has been recently restored by me and my husband Alberto and as always in doing so we put a lot of passion and love, I think it's cozy and ideal for a family with 2 maximum 3 children for one or two couples. The house has a central heating and cable TV and wirless internet in all rooms, has two comfortable bathrooms, bed linen is provided as well as towels , in the kitchen you will always find the basic ingredients such as salt and sugar coffee tea .. you will have the opportunity to brew coffee with both the traditional Italian coffee with the American one, if you want you can request the service midweek cleaning . I'm sure you will enjoy it just as much as me and my family with whom I live in Rome .. and then Venice is always Venice ..
Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen where they can find the basic ingredients of salt sugar coffee oil and vinegar. will have wireless internet throughout the apartment and a satellite television. Bed linen and towels are provided strictly white.
Interaction with Guests
Unfortunately, I live in Rome here with my guests I mostly just pe correspondence. But for me there is a friend on the spot. Richard. What does this perfectly in my stead. It is perfectly accommodates my guests
my apartment is located close to Piazza San Marco, 50 meters from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, is central but off the beaten noisy mass tourism
It is a neighborhood inhabited by Venetians and there are very few shops or sandwich shops masks
It is not far from the Rialto vaporetto stop
How do you know you have to take the boat to Venice, if you arrive by plane water-bus line will take you to venice orange and you have to get off at Nine Foundation, go here to Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, and then to Campo Santa Maria Formosa and you're pretty much arrived, otherwise you take the bus that will take you to Piazzale Roma where you can take vaporetto number 1 or 2, the same that you will take if you arrive by tram to the train station in Venice Saint Lucia, and you'll get off at the Rialto bridge. Or you can get in a taxi and get off at Ponte Minich
The house is all new so the rule is to respect it, keep it clean and tidy
The Carrara marble floor of the kitchen should not be scratched with a knife and cutting us over there even should be supported acidic lemon or vinegar type
I must ask the check out at 10 and at 14 chekin, specialmemte when there is a change in the same day. But you have the possibility to leave luggage safely until the time of departure or entry.
Thanks to all
Fabiola's apartment was like an oasis in Venice. Away from the hustle and bustle of itinerate tourists, but close enough to the wonders that Venice has to offer. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen and dining area, lounge, generous bedroom and four main windows which open up to a tranquil courtyard below. Opposite is the French consulate ... who don't mind the occasional evening celebration. But the true experience lays outdoors and the apartment places you in a terrific position to explore Venice. But travel early if you want to shop as the streets soon fill with tourists and locals alike.
Thank you Fabiola for a wonderful experience.
A fabulous place to stay and exactly as we imagined. The apartment is in a great location away from huge crowds yet close to a beautiful piazza. There were plenty of great restaurants and sites within easy walking distance.
The apartment, on the first floor and easy to access, is quite large with lovely big windows which let in lots of light.
The apartment has everything one could want for a short or longer stay with a large kitchen, lounge and sizeable bedroom. Nice to have have two bathroom/showers as well.
All the amenities you could want are available within the apartment.
Fabiola and Riccardo were great in making our stay a great one.
Fabiola provided lots of communication prior to our arrival and Riccardo was there to meet us off the water taxi and direct us to the apartment providing us with details of places to go and restaurants to eat at.
Would highly recommend Fabiolas apartment for any couple looking for a luxurious apartment to send a wonderful Venice holiday in. Thanks Fabiola!

About the Host, Fabiola
