  • Nate and his boat were amazing! Nate was a great host. He was always quick in responding and was just very pleasant to work with. The boat was even better than the pics! It was probably one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend using Nate and enjoying an amazing experience in the wonderful town of Sausalito!

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at Nate's houseboat for 10 days and enjoyed every second of it. It's not a huge space, but it's not tiny either. It has a living room with a guest bed, kitchen dining room, a master bedroom, and a gorgeous deck with a tiki bar.

The real treat was waking up each morning to the view of floating houses, distant mountains, and blue skies while hearing the sound of birds chirping.

It's a quiet and romantic place where you can relax out in the deck during the day and observe the stars at night. You can chill in the well-decorated living room that gives you the sense of being submerged in water.

It was a truly unique experience for both of us. One that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. I heartedly recommend it for anyone out there.

  • Great place to stay!

  • I booked this place as a gift for my parents and they loved it! Nate was a very courteous host. From the very start, he made sure my parents would be comfortable by asking if they would be okay with the gap between the houseboat and dock. Upon greeting, he gave a detailed tour and made suggestions on nearby places to eat. The experience was very pleasant and I would stay there myself one day!

  • This amazing houseboat will absolutely make your stay/vacation. I live in San Francisco in a house with far too many people to host guests comfortably. My mom and brother came out to visit me with one goal in mind: to relax. We spent seven nights in this beautiful and historical houseboat community far from the busy streets of the city. It was such a treat! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The houseboat is so quaint. Nathan and Nora made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars without hesitation.

  • I can't say enough good things about Nathan and Nora's place. It's the perfect escape.

If the tranquil setting of the calm waters amid the neighboring boats below the fog rolling over the mountains aren't enough, they keep a very warm and inspiring decorated place where you'll be sure to find a nook to cozy up with a book, or laptop, or sketchbook or whatever you fancy.

Nathan and Nora were great about communicating with us and making sure we were comfortable.

I don't typically book lodgings with the intention of staying put, but the second we set foot on the dock we didn't want to leave. With a fully equipped kitchen and nearby fresh fish & markets, it wasn't difficult to stock up, stay put and relax. I couldn't imagine not feeling instantly at home here.
