It was hot hot hot 100 degree the flat had no AC unit we could not sleep at night in top of all the noise coming from the street was loud . My final advice to family with kids to stay away from flats without AC . Something I should mention that Ciro the owner , offered me to cancel due to the hot weather but I refused a decision I regret . Thanks
Bassam is right when he say it was hot hot hot , but maybe he should remember that when he sent the booking request for this period I suggested him to book a place with air cond. because of the young age of his daugthers but he booked our place anyway. When they arrive I gave him the possibility to try the apartment for one night for free and decide later, the morning after he decided to stay.
I feel sorry they couldn't sleep at night but he had twice the chance to change the accomodation but he didn't.
The apartment is in a superb location with a wonderful view! The apartment is very large and spacious! The train station and major monuments are all within walking distance! The only negative would have been the heat! In 39 degree heat on the 3rd floor with only 2 fans, the apartment was unbearably hot! Thankfully we are Australian so survived!
Literally just in front of Duomo!
Everything was good, room was clean and all facility were working well.
Ciro was a very nice host, he explained everything in detail, even gave us a bottle of beer as a welcome drink!(he said usually he prepare a wine but weather was too hot to drink wine, so he put a beer instead of wine which was a perfect choice!thanks Ciro!
The only negative thing was that there is no air-conditioner in here. It could be a big thing especially these over 37 degrees-hot summer season, but it was quite ok with fans. And thanks to the wind blowing from outside at night, It was cool enough to sleep well.
Anyhow, even though this one negative things, this house location beats all.
You can see Duomo at anytime you want, and you can reach other tourist spot by walk easily, and you can take a relax and go out again if you feel tired.
If i have a chance to go to Florence again, I would definitely ask to rent Ciro's house again!
위치뿐만아니라 호스트도 최고!

The apartment is in an amazing location, it's very clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Ciro was a great host going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and with everything we needed. The location of the apartment is outstanding as it right in the hearth of the historic downtown -- which is also a liability as it is noise at night, but the host provided suggestions on how to reduce the noise and even provided earplugs. Grazie Ciro!
We stayed here for the view and were not disappointed. Very large and spacious flat. The art around the unit was very beautiful. Central location for walking to all of Florence. Per the reviews, this apartment never has a quiet moment, however being from San Francisco we were better prepared. Would stay here again for sure!
