The space

This apartment for short term has an area of 120 sq m. Comprising a large lounge/dining area, two large double bedrooms, one with a romantic canopy bed, it has a double sofa bed in the lounge, a fully equipped live-in kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), a bathroom with tub and separate shower. The floors are tiled with terracotta and part of the ceilings still conserves the exposed wooden beams, a characteristic of many ancient Roman homes. It is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and can sleep up to 6 people. The apartment has central heating. It is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week. This area is one of the most favorite by those who love a "cultural walk" or simply enjoy shopping. The famous Italian and international "griffe", together with many renowned restaurants and canteens can be found in this area of Rome. The Metro (Line A, Barberini Stop) is very close, the nearest taxi station is in Piazza Barberini and the several buses will help our guests to reach any place across the city.
The Trevi Fountain needs no introduction. This superb late baroque monument represents one of the most famous images of Rome. The entire area is well served with shops of every variety. Close to taxis, buses and the metro (Barberini stop). A favourite starting point from which to discover the many other marvelous sights in the "eternal city".

PROS - the place is spacious - in a great location, literally around the corner (two minutes) from the Trevi Fountain - good wifi - contains a washing machine which was handy CONS - be warned that Bianca was not particularly responsive or available during our stay and this became problematic when we encountered various issues during our stay - a dusty, crumbling ceiling and weathered feel throughout the space - noisy but perhaps this is linked to the location - terrible water pressure in the bathroom, both sink and shower - no air conditioning but fans are provided. However the apartment was quite stuffy so we had to open the windows and this meant we had to contend with mosquitos - not suitable for those with allergies due to the dust

Nice appartment with an excellent location, in the heart of Rome, spacious enough for two couples. Perfect communication with Bianca, everything was arranged for us as planned. Some minor flaws are not very well toilet flushing system and low water pressure. In general, the appartment is clean and comfortable. It's right next to the Trevi fountain and is the perfect place to stay in for a short visit to this magnificent city.

The apartment was as advertised, close to all points of interest. This is a managed apartment, never met Bianca only Ana Claudia who was helpful on check in. The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival I texted Ana with the problem. Although there was no response to my text the problem appeared to be fixed upon our return that day. The mattresses on the beds are very firm, and the hot water tends to run out quickly. We were late on check out due to unexpected events which overlapped with another clients arrival, Ana was pleasant enough on handling this delay. Overall good experience

The first thing that we wish to mention is that we never met "Bianca", the person whom we had been corresponding with before our arrival. However, the young man who met us at the apartment was very helpful and gave us much information about the different areas in Rome, the transportation and suggested some restaurants. He was very gracious. We were even able to arrange our airport taxi pick-up through him.. Very reliable. The apartment was clean, huge bedrooms and well-equipped. The location was fantastic- very close to the Trevi Fountain, many restaurants, cafes, shops and walking distance to the subway. The only drawback that we found (however, we realize this is common in Europe) was the plumbing. Low water pressure in the toilet and the shower stall clogged up a few times. All things being considered, it was a perfect location for us (2 "senior" couples) and offered a comfortable stay. It was as advertised- two huge bedrooms with double beds. The street is a very small street and the address is not clearly written on the the door/building, so make sure you get very clear directions and keep your eyes open for the street name (faded out on the building) and apartment address! Fabulous location, so very close to Trevi Fountain and loads of fabulous bars, restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all the major tourist highlights. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Thanks also for being so flexible with our early check-in.
