I'll start off by saying that the penthouse is nice. The building is incredible, it has a large open feel, a nice size balcony, and great potential. With that being said however, this listing is not worth the price. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was finishing up the apartment, which was as expected because we arrived rather early. When she was ready to leave she accidentally locked us out on the balcony and we had to get a neighbor to let us back in. When we got back in the apartment we noticed that the floors were still dirty, and the windows were filthy, one of the windows was broken, and the kitchen faucet was broken. Other things to note: In the entrance way there was a huge punching bag hanging from one of the rafters and the shoe racks were filled with shoes and other clutter. In the middle of the room there was a designated spot for playing a guitar that also seemed cluttered with picks and cords everywhere. The balcony's view is about 85% blocked by the new construction going on directly behind the building. This makes the view not nearly as enjoyable as it should be. Most of the dishes in the cabinets seemed dirty. It seems close to Coors field on a map, but feels far when walking because of the surrounding area. I might stay here again at $100 a night, but definitely not again for $300+

Hey Chad, I apologize again about the balcony incident. Due to your requested early check in time, the cleaner had to come in directly after the previous guest (who had an early checkout so you could get in the unit at 12pm), and she must not have had time to finish up. I will make sure this doesn't happen again. As for the personal effects, this is my home so I do have what I would consider to be very minimal personal belongings here i.e. guitars and shoes. Most guests don't seem to mind. I will post a new picture of the view given the current construction. Thanks for the stay and the feedback.

Really awesome place. Extremely walkable. If you're interested in bar hopping, Rockies games, or any other event downtown I think it'd be nearly impossible to beat the location. Communication was A+, and the overall experience was perfect. Great value as well, ended up being a lot cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms. I'll be staying here again if it's available. The loft was really pretty. And the patio was very nice to have. Comfy bed but make sure you close the blinds and put up the room divider if you want to sleep past sun up! Super close to the ball park and really easy to get uber. Parking spot is great because we decided to rent a car and drive to Rocky Mountain national park on a whim so that spot was a big plus.

Where to begin. The loft is even bigger than I expected and located perfectly just outside of downtown. Easy walking or biking anywhere, and if you plan on driving around the state the highway is right there. Christian made the entire experience a breeze and would totally stay here again!

Christian was a fantastic host that had everything laid out for us upon arrival. The apartment was absolutely fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The steam shower ended up being a great addition with the rogue snow storm!
