Come stay in the heart of the hippest neighborhood in Austin!
This is a private bedroom with a separate entrance from the main house. It sleeps two in a queen bed and has an attached bathroom. Two small caveats: 1) the room is close to a train, although so far we have had no complaints about the noise. 2) There is no kitchen access, but we are a short walk away from great coffee, pastries, and breakfast tacos.
Bus lines and bike rental shops are nearby. Biking or even walking distance to downtown. Mere minutes to Soco, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Ladybird Lake, and a huge selection of local shops, bars, and restaurants in the neighborhood.
It's a perfect room for a couple or two friends visiting Austin for its many special events like SXSW, ACL, Austin Film Festival, Wine and Music Festival, and more!
A very comfortable stay in a cool neighborhood! Clean and well-maintained little apartment, perfect for us to add two more friends to our stay in the main house that the apartment is connected to. Some noise from the train and from the outdoor cat (Topo).
Brandi was great. She was always quick to respond and had very detailed information. The room was perfect for our needs with an attached shower. The only thing to note is that there is a train that runs very close to the house but there were ear plugs left to block out the sound.
My friend and I came to Austin for the Austin CIty Limits festival and booked this place last minute (day before). Brandi was quick to respond and very accommodating.
The rental is a cute little room/studio space with a separate entrance, so noise was not an issue on either end. There's a train that goes by occasionally, but it didn't bother us too much.
Great location! There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away and we were able to walk to the festival at Zilker park (25 minute walk) and downtown (40 minute walk).
We had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!
This place was absolutely perfect for my needs. I stayed for SXSW and it was close enough to downtown to catch a bus in a few minutes or a nice walk. Very close to Lamar, SOCO and the food trucks on First. But the real bonus is it was far enough away to be out of the the noise for a great night sleep. Room is perfect for one or a couple.
Lovely wooded area, room was clean and comfy, a train does go by but it was a slow moving train and didn't disturb my sleep at all. Brandi was nice and helpful and I felt totally welcome. Highly recommend!
