Hi!
We have a very cozy, clean, safe and quiet two room, basement apartment with its own entrance available. It is near beautiful countryside but still close to Stavanger city center. It is also a stone throw away from the university (200 meters) and therefore perfect for short-term students.
Just bring your own toothbrush! But, if you forget it, we have a grocery store within 300 meters open to 23:00 from Mon to Sat.

The space
1 bedroom with a double bed (can be split into two singles), 1 bathroom with floor-heating, shower, washing machine and dryer and 1 combined living area and very well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). Wi-fi is of course available.

Guest access
This cellar apartment has its own entrance with it's own key. This is a quiet basement apartment without any grand views, but feel free to use our garden area if the weather is nice! Here we have several chairs, tables and a gas grill.

Other things to note
We provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine with some capsules and a water boiler with instant coffee and assorted teas in addition to the usual toilet paper, hand soap and shower shampoo/soap. We have a grocery store within 300 meters which is open every day from 07:00 to 23:00 (except Sunday)!
We recycle most of the garbage; organic matter, plastic, glass etc.
During the pandemic we got a cat. She does not have access to the apartment, but if you are allergic there might be issues.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It is a small residential area (20 houses) only 5 km from the center of Stavanger with good public transportation. If you like walking, we have the recreational area Sørmarka, the Iron Age Farm, the Three Swords, a botanical garden and the Ullandhaug Tower nearby. This is a perfect location for students attending courses at the University.
